Our favorite pho restaurant was unexpectedly closed tonight. The wife was under the weather and wanted pho badly. We decided to try a new spot. We ordered for pickup through door dash. I called ahead to make sure they didn't use MSG and they confirmed no MSG.

The good: first I'll say that the lady working the front counter was very friendly. She gave me all the extra Fixins I wanted, offered to help carry the bags to the car, and still came and got the door for me after I declined. 5 stars for service. The Vietnamese iced coffee and tarot root smoothie were both amazing. Some of the best we tried. I also really enjoyed the tofu spring rolls, the peanut sauce was very good, and I enjoyed the fact that the spring rolls were made with romaine lettuce and included cucumbers and carrot. Considering most places just make them with the noodles, shredded lettuce and your protein.

The bad: unfortunately you just don't go to a pho restaurant for spring rolls and beverages. The pho was very underwhelming and is the main reason we won't likely be back. The portions of meat were very skimpy. The broth wasn't particularly flavorful, and it honestly felt like just a bunch of noodles and broth. We also had ordered tendon and they gave us tripe instead.

We had high hopes for TD pho, but we were disappointed in the...

Worst service I’ve ever had in my life. Charged me for food that I didn’t eat. Refused to service my table. I will never eat here again. They don’t even wipe the walls at the booths or wipe the condiments down on the tables. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional.

Edited to reply to owner’s accusation’s: The police did not ban me. lol I told you I’d never return and you said ok “don’t.” I tried paying my bill and to get service and never got it I even told other server I was going to leave. When no one came after 25 minutes or more I tried paying my tab again at which time you approached me very rudely and I responded to you only. You told me to leave, so I did. Bill has been paid in full and then some as you over charged me and lied to the police when they arrived about me taking food that I left behind on the table and other things as well lol. I never cursed at your staff. You took my order not your staff. This is not harassment everyone is entitled to leave a review and this is mine. I will not respond to anything further that you have to say sir as I have stated the truth. May God bless you moving forward...

Hands down, the best pho broth on the Westbank of New Orleans. Maybe, the entire city. I'm so glad I found this place online. It's located on Manhattan Blvd across from the Auto Zone. It is a hidden gem! Walking in, the interior is that of a seafood joint. Nicely decorated, clean and spacious. I saw the pictures on Yelp and was impressed already. And honestly, the pictures didn't lie. I ordered the Pho Filet Mignon. It was a bit pricey, but it packed a big punch. The broth was so aromatic, savory and umami! It was clear and just the right about of Brown that I love! I didn't have to add anything to it but sriracha since I like my broth a little on the spicy side. The service was attentive. I never had to look for a server. Their menu is really big and I can't wait to come back to eat the seafood!! I'm really excited because I Know this will be the new hotspot on the Westbank! It does not disappoint. And the pho is not catered to the "American" taste buds. This is authentic as you can get. It will not disappoint. You certainly get what...

First off I want to say the waitress was upbeat, kind, and had a good sense of humor. Management should treat her well. The food we dis receive was very good and it deserves recognition. What I don't like is the lack of management. You leave your waitress by herself and are not here to answer for things. Your menu clearly says the crawfish comes with potatoes and sausage. The waitress let us know the menus had been updated and we recieved an old menu. My boyfriend kindly asked if we could receive it still since we ordered it from a menu we were handed and thought it was what we were ordering. The poor girl tried to help but no management here just her. Food was amazing again but pretty expensive. Tofu add on is two dollars and no it is not a lot of meat at all. I would say to come for Pho or vermicelli but nothing else. The waitress is NOT to blame and was wonderful. I am directing this towards management.

Came for a bowl of Pho Ga (chicken pho) since Mark my husband wasn't feeling well and needed some comforting chicken soup, and Tan Dinh was closed. The service was super friendly and prices were good. It wasn't as fabulous as Tan Dinh but still good. I got the pork summer rolls as I wasn't super hungry. I've never had grilled pork in my summer rolls before. The pork was deliciously spiced but the wrapper was a little hard on one side, like perhaps they had been a little dry before wrapping. Still I was satisfied with the generous portion of sauce with peanuts and the filling. It was a late time of day (3 pm) so perhaps thats why the wrappers were not as soft. Anyway it all hit the spot. I would try this place again. Especially if Tan Dinh was closed.

The waiter was wonderful, he helped me by explaining the different type of dishes. He was very attentive even though he worked alone and the place got a little busy. Food was very good. Calamari appetizer included a very spicy dipping sauce that went perfectly with it. Lemongrass chicken/rice was tasty and also the pork chop/rice. Accompanying vegetables added taste and texture. I'm not too familiar with Vietnamese food but found everything prepared well and presented nicely. I will go back to try the pho, I hope the same nice waiter is there! Restaurant was clean and neat. There was no dessert menu, that is the only thing I found lacking. Ice cream or something sweet would have been welcome after the spicy meal.
