Krystal — Restaurant in Griffin

Went into the Krystal in Griffin, GA today, October 26, 2020. Step inside and no one was at the front to greet you. I waited over 5 minutes for someone to show up to take my order. The employee that was running the drive thru saw that I was standing there but I still had to wait. Once an employee came up front to take my order, I order 10 Double Cheese Krystals and two large Tots. The employee ask me with a laugh if I wanted 10 and I said yes. I paid for my order and was waiting on my food, when I heard an employee that was making my order complain that she was having to make 10 Double Cheese Krystals like it was a burden to her that she was having to do the work that she is getting paid for. By the time I received my order, I was totally disgusted by the service that I was given. The bag that had the Tots in it was so greasy that I had to place them on a towel I had in my vehicle so that the grease would not get on the seats of my car. I only live about 15 minutes from this facility and by the time I got home with my food it was ice cold. The facility needs major remodeling. Light fixtures in the dining area on the floor next to the wall. Floors are sticky. New appliances as the ones that I saw needs to be replaced. I did see workers working on the outside. Hopefully they are going to come inside and fix everything on the inside. The service was terribly and I will not be back at this facility again. I would not recommend...

Man i went by the krystal on my way to Griffin and just started craving for one. So on my way back home, i stopped and got dinner for me and my son. On the way home i just had to stick my hand in the bag for hot fries! I can never make it home without eating on the fries, but tonight they were horrible! They were still warm, but they were hard and old tasting, like they had been cooked several times! So i tried another and another and then just stopped. These were the worst fries i think i have ever eaten that were supposed to be hot and fresh! After i got home and tried my burgers, find out they didn't really even taste like a Krystal! So i decide to call Krystal and speak to a manager, and to top it off, you can't call the Krystal. They had a recording to call some number in the daytime to speak to someone. So i was screwed all the way Around on this trip! I don't advise anyone to get food at this Krystal in Griffin! Mine was horrible! Service was good though lol i definately will not be returning to the Griffin krystal. Oh and to make matters worse, i ordered a#1 and just 2 plain krystals with a small fry. It was over $17! Since when did krystal start costing so much? !!! And then my food was no good to eat! Yep i got burned big time...

The food here was very good. I stopped going to this location for a long time because it had gone down hill but it's doing much better now. The guy at the register was very busy taking orders, fixing drinks and bringing people their food but he was friendly and did a good job. I got the Pick 5 and it's about $2 cheaper at this location than the Fayetteville location so I was very happy about that. My Krystals were fixed just the way I wanted and the tots were perfectly crisp. I also tried the donut holes they have (they call them something else) and they were very good. The only thing I didn't like was the Krystal Chick. The chicken was a little different than the last time I got it a year or two ago and I didn't like it. My husband tried the new sandwich they have with a crab cake on it and he said it was very good and had a very good flavor but the tartar sauce wasn't his favorite.

Update 06/21/24 The food was very good and the staff was friendly but the tables were dirty and there was no AC and it was very hot inside. The windows looked like they were cleaned with dirty mop water. I got the number 1 combo with tots. It was good but I think the combo was supposed to come with a medium tots and that looks like a...
