Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Griffin

If you want decent fast food seafood and good customer service, don't go to this Long John Silver's. I really don't like giving bad reviews, but nothing will change if people don't give feedback. I have never had a cashier at a restaurant be so rude. After I ordered my food, I was standing at the front counter stirring my sweetener into my tea. I was looking up at the menu because I was considering adding something my to-go order that I had already paid for. The cashier ordered me to go sit down and she would bring out the food. She had an attitude when she ordered me to go sit down. There was only one other couple in there. She had no customers standing in line. There was no reason for her hateful bossy attitude. I had to sit and wait on my food for approximately 30-minutes! I'm really glad that I did not wait in the drive-thru for my food and that I chose to order inside instead. When I got home with the food, it was nasty. I ordered the fish tacos and had to pick off all of the lettuce because it was soggy and brown. I couldn't even it it. My husband's food was super greasy and he couldn't eat it either. Such a waste of money! I will never return to a Long John Silver's again. Next time I want seafood, I'm going to...

Usually once a week here in Griffin I drive some distance to the Griffin, GA, to local Long John Silver's and order thre 'Fish and More" for wife, son, and me, John T Hendricks. I paid and took the three lunches home last week. On opening, in one box there was no fish. So I called this branch several times but no one answered. Not even a 'leave a message'recording.Next I called the home office and gave in message all the information on the sales slip after the "There is no one to take your call..." message. Today I returned and was reordering and requested one free meal, thinking surely the home office had provided the local branch my message. The new manager (young, maybe inexperienced) refused, so I insisted to see the usual lady main manager, and with this I explained I did not have the receipt knowing I had called in the slip's infomation. Then he told me to leave or he would call the police. After that I asked the waitress to give the head manager my name and complaint. I suspect next week we will get fish from another location.-John...

Worst Food experience everrrrr! The store closed at 10pm. Walked in around 9:20pm. The front registered was "closed". So the girl had to run back and forth to the drive thru register to take our order. The huge black Lady in the back was such a bully to her employee. The huge black Lady deleted our orders off the screen (lazy) and insisted we give her our receipt because that was the only way she would make our Food. Took an hour to do that and it was all wrong anyway. She put the food back in the same oil. And we asked her if she was doing that and she replied I have waste bins right here. Liar... the Food was so greasy and chewy . She Still gave my sister her order wrong. So she had to turn on the machines again to redo her order and insisted she give her the Food back. Walked around with a screw driver trying to intimidate us. It was just horrible and Ghetto. Worst service ever. No customer...
