I placed a mobile order with McDonald’s at 10:08 AM and arrived at 10:25 AM—giving more than enough time for the food to be prepared. I went through the drive-thru and provided my mobile code. The employee confirmed my name but then told me the order couldn’t be processed because of the time I arrived.
I asked why the food hadn’t been made, especially since it was paid for in advance. He said it wasn’t made because I wasn’t “geographically near the store” before the lunch menu started. That made no sense. Instead of trying to explain or assist, he was rude, short, and completely unprofessional—telling me I’d need to pay again if I wanted food.
I proceeded to the next window, where another employee saw my order in the system, confirming I had paid. I asked for something in writing stating that I wasn’t able to pick up my food—just in case I needed to dispute the charge. She called over the same man, who came to the window with a visibly annoyed attitude and said, “What’s going on?” like I was wasting his time.
When I asked again—calmly—for proof, he repeated that the system wouldn’t let him process the order and said I’d receive something through the app. He then asked, “Do you have the funds to pay?”—a completely unnecessary and disrespectful comment, especially when I had already paid.
He eventually gave his name as Brandon and claimed he was the manager. That was shocking, because his attitude and behavior were the opposite of what you’d expect from someone in a leadership position.
Brandon is unqualified to manage anyone. He did not set a good example for the staff. His behavior was defensive, dismissive, and downright unprofessional. I guarantee this isn’t his first time handling a customer like this—and unfortunately, I’m sure it won’t be the last.
We live in a time where professionalism seems to be optional. I will say this: being a manager means more than just holding a title. It means knowing how to speak to people, especially customers, with respect and decency.

Read moreThis Mcdonalds's always has something going on. Usually, they are skimpy on the condiments, although you may have placed a huge order.
They recently forgot some of my food and I didn't realize it until I got home. When I pulled thru to pick up my mobile order, the person as the speaker was nice, but when I pulled to that second window to get my food, the next young lady was the complete opposite. She looked like she had an attitude. I asked if they had a cup holder as I ordered 4 slushines and a car full of kids. She cut me off to say, " I ain't got one." I then noticed one of the cups literally had a big glob of slushy running down the lid, and she had the audacity to hand it to me like that. I asked if they handed Napkins, and she nastily and sarcastically grabbed a whole hand full and aggressively put her hand out for me to reach and grab them as she rolled her eyes.
The attitude threw me off. I quickly looked through the bags, trying not to hold the line up, and thought everything was in there. I ordered 40 nuggets for the kids with 2 large fries, a $5 meal deal for myself, which came with 4 nuggest and 4 blushes. They way they placed all nuggets on 1 bag and all fries in another.
When I got home to fees the kiddos, the 4pc was missing.
Everything you call the number listed for this location it doesn't work. This is absolutely ridiculous. It's bad enough that the food prices increase as the quality decreases, but if you're going to take my money, you need to give me what I paid for.
This is getting pathetic. I filed a support ticket in the mobile app, and as expected, Noone has...
Read moreEDITED 03/20/24: They did indeed fire that assistant manager. They made the right choice. I still love both morning and night crew. But the night crew can be mad slow hahaha no offense to them. Original Post: I want to start by saying I LOVE the morning and night crew. BUT unfortunately one bad apple can ruin the whole bunch. There is an assistant manager who works mornings who is absolutely TRASH at her job and customer service. She refused to give us our mobile order we paid for. She claims she can't do 3 orders at once in the drive thru. Okay fine no problem. We ordered once. Got 1 order. Paid. Then pulled BACK through the drive thru to get our mobile order that we already paid for plus our other order. She flipped out and attempted to refuse service until she called her other manager thinking she would tell her not to give us our mobile order. Also even though I didn't cuss, threaten them, or yell at them they said they would call the cops on me. I'm a regular there. I go every morning. I have NEVER had an issue with anyone else. Oh and the other employee working there jumped on the bandwagon too. I did indeed call corporate to start an investigation. They also refused to tell me their names. figure. Point to my review. Don't be surprised if you have a bad time while she is working there. It's to the point I'm going to just go to the other mcdonald's if I see her working and or wait til they open...
