Not gonna lie I'm came in with a lot of doubt because I've never taken my son anywhere else other than our local optometrist, well today he broke his glasses and I immediately set up an appointment online with statton optical in griffin. We arrived and was welcomed like we had been customers for years. From the eye exam to picking the frames for my son was absolutely hands down easy and enjoyable. Mrs. Tasha and her staff are amazing and will go above and beyond to help you make sure you get what you need and want. Mrs. Tasha went leaps and bounds to make sure my son was extremely satisfied with what he had picked. And I can't thank her and her team enough for such a wonderful and heartfelt visit with them today. And not to mention we got out same day with new lens and frames. All in less than 2 hours. Definitely recommend! All three employees were very friendly and welcoming. Pamela took care of me and made me feel super comfortable. I’ve only had my eyes looked at once in 25 years and I was a little nervous coming in. Pamela helped me through my nerves and even gave us some laughs. They do a great job at keeping the place clean and organized. I didn’t want to make a mess trying on a ton of glasses looking for a good fit and she kindly insisted that I find the ones that make me feel best and to not feel uncomfortable with trying on multiple pairs within their super large selection. As someone with anxiety, it was great to be reassured. I left finding out that I’ve got a common eye condition and all my questions were answered. They do walk ins along with appointments. After frantically looking for an eyeglass place after my husband cleaned my glasses with some kind of harsh chemical and completely destroyed them and with me being as blind as can be and having to have my eyeglasses or I cannot even see a foot in front of me I came across my EyeLab online. The appointment was all easy to set up online. The staff there was beyond friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to let me know all pricing and charges up front. Pamela made this the best experience I've ever had at an eye doctor. Also the prices were way way under what I expected I am used to playing close to over $1,000 for my glasses and contacts it was half of that and I got glasses and contacts!!!!!
