Holy cow, this place is terrible. Showed up on a Sunday to get my son’s Apple Watch connected. We got into the store as soon as they opened and there was one customer before us. The guy that worked there said he would be with us shortly and then never acknowledged us again. We waited for over an hour because he was the only employee. When he finally was able to get to us, we told him what we needed. His literal words were, “I don’t really know how to do this, I’m an Android guy.” He got us a phone number for the watch and said we needed to be with my phone, which was at home. He was wrong; it didn’t work. We then went to the Apple Store and they basically said that guy was an idiot and got it set up in like a minute. Read moreTerrible customer service tonight. Sat in the store for over 20 minutes just to get a couple replacement protector screens. Service was busy with a customer. Once finished essentially ignored us as we sat there. When she finally came over we showed her the screen protectors that we needed. She went in the back, came out and took another phone call. Left us sitting there not even acknowledging our existence. Whole situation was strange as we couldn’t figure out if she was ever going to come back and actually help us. Read moreMy wife and I decided to switch to att and we had the pleasure to meet Jay one of the consultants there. He was amazing we had a rough start to switching to att but he never gave up he stayed past store closing time to get us going and I had to return the next day but still had issues which was out of his control so he decided to come in on he day off the next day to get our issues fixed and it was all fixed due to his dedication to customer service. I really hope his manager applaud him for a very great job we couldn't ask for a better consultant and he will be our go to guy...
