very nasty very rude. I do not recommend that pizza was so nasty and they got my order wrong I called a day later because when I got the pizza, it was already late so I didn’t think I should call. I just said I’ll give it a day. I called the next day. He said why you didn’t call the day when you got it. I didn’t know you had to call when you first get it. It do not matter. If I called two days later a day later it was still something wrong with my pizza as a manager. You should take accountability in correct my order but you didn’t you hung up in my face and continue to have attitude even if the customer has a attitude you post to keep composure, but you didn’t obviously I’m calling with kind of a temper because I’m kind of frustrated you didn’t have to get smart back. I was disappointed to pick my order up to see the young lady on her phone while cutting up my pizza, and phone on the prep table. And she picked up the phone while i was waiti g. So i seen this with my own eyes. Hair bang long no hair net for non of the young ladies with long hair. Management where are you? Your store about to go to the dump with this kind of Management. Phones should not be at the work station. Germ,germ. Smh🤮 and I will notify corporate. Another visit 2023 employee sitting on food work area while another employee made pizza, I asked him why sit on the counter while they're preparing our food. He thought it was a joke. If you can go to another location, I would recommend it.

The new staff roll their eyes and laugh at you while making an order in store. They communicate poorly if you ask questions about the menu. They talk to each other in front of you. It's overall unprofessional, even for a to-go Jets pizza place.

They ring up incorrect orders. And the receipts don't have your order on them.

They had to ask if the pizza-by-the-slice sitting out was fresh. When the answer was "no, it's not fresh," the pizza remained sitting out.
