If you go to this Starbucks, plan to sit in the drive-thru forever. They are ALWAYS out of stuff. I've tried to order the new Strawberry Funnel Cake Frapp four or five times now, but they're always out of some part of it. I still haven't tried it and it's been out forever!
Yesterday was the final straw for me though. I sat in the drive-thru for a total of 26 minutes. It took 11 minutes just to reach the speaker, and once I did, what did I see? A long list of all the things they DON'T have. Out of ALL Frapps...wth? WHY was this not also posted at the start of the drive-thru?! Where people can see what they're out of then turn around before pulling in and being TRAPPED in that line? Once you enter their DT, you're in it to the end. Sure, I could have ordered nothing, but I was sitting in that line regardless, so I might as well find something I can drink. I don't appreciate being forced into it, though. I would have left as soon as I saw they were out of all that stuff, if I had been given the chance.
That being said, the staff has always been nice at this location. Very friendly and polite. I know most places are understaffed right now, so I don't mind waiting longer for things, but I DO mind not being given all the information before getting in line. When I asked why there wasn't a sign by the dumpsters before you're committed to the DT, the lady said there was one, but someone stole it. Mmmm, yeah...ok. Then PUT UP ANOTHER ONE. What is up with the management at this place? Never again with this location. It's purely D&D for me...
Read moreI go here everyday no fail. They have a few very good employees who got to know my name and are always very nice and It’s only cuz if those employees that I continue to go here. The manager does not EVERRRRR update their hours online if they happen to open late for whatever reason and this happens constantly. Not just for snow cuz we only had a couple storms. I go there before work and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone there and they were closed when they were supposed to be open. Sometimes totally empty others there are employees inside but they ignore you when you go up to the door. I tried to ask thru the window what time they opened on one of these days and the young lady inside mouthed “oh my god!” With a nasty look on her face just because she had to come to the door to tell me. I had already placed my online order! But they were closed! When you and your manager don’t update your hours online how are we supposed to know?! Every other store in the area updates their hours if they have ti change their schedules. When you are SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN and your customers have no way of knowing you are opening late and they come there like normal, don’t ignore them!!!!!! Acknowledge them!!!!! It’s not their fault you aren’t open. Let us know! This place has gone downhill bad since my regular...
Read moreThe help are very nice,but this is the second time my Pink Drink had ZERO strawberries. There is little to a Pink Drink to begin with,especially considering it is mostly ice & not cheap. The berries add flavor. After the first time with no berries,the next time I returned,I ordered a Pink Drink With Strawberries. I was told,"it comes with berries." I said,"I did not get any last time." Reply was,"we were out." If I ordered a milk shake(some where else)& got milk instead,that is not the same thing. A customer should be informed if they are out of an ingredient in your drink. They charge for every addition,but have no issue charging you for what you do not get.
