Chili's — Restaurant in Guaynabo

Our last night in PR and we wanted to eat at barrachina, but their hours weren’t updated and they were closed.. we went to a couple fast food places and they wouldn’t let us pull into the parking lot(strange). Then we called chili’s to see what time they close. We got there and even though they were closed they let us take some food with us back to our hotel. I appreciate Fernando who worked with us so we could eat since everything is pretty much closed on a Monday night. Thank you for your great customer service. He went out of his way to make our night. Nice place. Good food and priced reasonable. Food sometimes come NOT ENOUGH HOT or even cold. Service tends to be from regular to bad.

On 9/29/19 went to eat at 5:20 pm. The girl in front told me to wait. She was talking. There were 4 tables empty from where I was. When she took us to the table it was dirty. She passed cloths to the dirty seats and left the table with trash and dirty. Decided to leave but asked for the manager. He didn't even tried to convince us of staying.

I absolutely love Chili’s for many reasons. First the prices are very good compared to others comercial food chains that come to PR with higher prices and end up closing shop. The food is good and the Margaritas are very good. The ambient is casual and you can have a good time with friends and a few drinks. I usually go to the Montehiedra Outlets and to San Patricio. At times I also visit the Humacao Plaza Palma Real and sometimes to the Caguas Catalinas Mall restaurant. So if your hungry and want a good cheap meal with good service I highly...
