Terrible experience. Lemonade tasted moldy, was told its from a soda dispenser so I'd assume the machines are not cleaned. Waitress took our good order, 40 mins later NO food, NO waitress. Manager came to table and asked if everything was okay, husband drink was empty. 15 mins later no drink refil, still no food. We left with no dinner and a bad taste in my mouth from the Lemonade. 10/10 do not recommend!! Poor service and obviously not a clean...

We visited Chili's Guaynabo with a friend and we were directed to a table but the sun was so that we asked to be moved to another table. Service was very slow a d we had to contany call the waitres in order to get service. Drinks order didn't tast good and the Casadilla I ordered was dry and with no tast. Overall the visit was a...

Today I have no pictures, but I had an excellent time, even though it was packed, the waiting time wasn't too long and our waiter "Axel" gave us an excellent service, was very attentive and made our night pleasant!! Nothing special, like every other Chillis. Please note that i ordered a clasic beef fajitas but they charged a mix and match fajitas… so that how they rob $1. They try to do the same the next 3 times i went to that Chillis…

It was ok. The quality of the food was as we expected, not amazing but not terrible. The service was nice, so it was an overall good experience. We'll go back because at least is consistent so we know what to expect.
