The guy who attended me had a notable lack of knowledge about car audio installation, I had to go to another place to get the steering wheel controller to work, i don't think they even tried, they just told me it was incompatible, however in another place they got it to work in less than 15 minutes. Very unsatisfied with the job they made to my car.

These people try to get out the most jobs possible in the less time possible I'm very sure that if they would have read the steering wheel interface adapter instructions they would have figured it out because it had the adapter working with another aftermarket radio, i just went to this place to change the radio for a newer model, i really DO NOT recommend this place they just don't give their customers the attention they deserve.

Not to talk about the arrogance oh the manager, he thinks people are stupid, i am myself a software engineer, but I didn't even mention that to him, so he can keep up losing customers with...
