Elementos Café — Restaurant in Guaynabo

Last night, this food truck hit the sweet spot—literally. I was craving something sugary and stumbled upon this place, which has more sugar than the witch’s house in Hansel and Gretel. While their specialty is great coffee, they also offer muffins, cookies, slices of cake, brownies, and more. I ordered a croissant that was good, but could’ve used a bit more of a tan—more time in the toaster would’ve turned it from good to golden. To avoid choking on flaky layers and to hit my caffeine quota, I grabbed a hazelnut iced coffee that was absolutely excellent. I also went for the carrot cake—because some stories are better lived than told. I do think the menu could use a little expansion—maybe some breakfast items or more sandwich and lemonade options—because if what they’ve got now is this good, just imagine what they could do with more! Went the other day with a friend and the service was super amazing! Answered all our questions about their drinks and syrups, and gave us some great recommendations. I got a 16oz iced latte with oatmilk, avellana syrup, and cream cheese whipped cream, it was DELICIOUS. so glad to have a coffee place that closes later in the night close...
