Chilango City — Restaurant in Guaynabo

I had to rate this one sincerely. Was invited to Karaoke night and that part was great. Eric was fantastic and the people were great. My one star comes on service overall. The restaurant was packed and they only had 2 servers to service the inside and outside. Took forever to get drink and even longer to place an order, after I had to go up to the server. Once our order was placed our food came out 30 minutes later and sat on the pickup stand for 45 minutes waiting for a server to get it. The waitress walked up saw the tickets, saw the food and kept walking. After that we had to leave. Without eating.

To management: please provide your employees with the help necessary to provide the best service possible. If it wasn't for the short staff last night, I believe the experi3nce would have...

I was here for lunch with my boyfriend and we were the only table there besides another couple. The waitress, although she seems like a good person, had us change tables after telling us to seat wherever we desired, did not have a menu on the table and had no napkins with the ordered drinks. The appetizer took over 40 mins to come out when there were only two tables ordering. The bar had a sign with Halloween drinks and it’s almost December now. Where is the attention to detail? First time visiting for a work late lunch department meeting. To enter location, use Habichuela Guisa pin reference since the restaurants share the same entrance, space location & parking lot.
