McDonald's San Patricio — Restaurant in Guaynabo

Well, what can I say, I am a glutton for punishment! I went again Sunday at 7am. Asked for a Breakfast Deluxe. It had a sticker indicating 3:30am. The hash potatoes were stone cold! No syrup for the pancakes! I get the feeling that this franchise is hiring the worst managers in the McD kingdom. The ones that don't give a hoot if they serve cold or bad food. There must be many! How far can we go giving a poor product, is the moto. This franchise or company owner needs to..never mind, Puerto Ricans will always buy cheap and crappy food. This is one of those.

Went at 6:15am, the web site indicated they were open. I was hungry for the big breakfast! Guess what? I saw an employee cleaning the outside garbage cans! NO employees inside! NO big breakfast,! NO nothing! The least you can do is post the correct hours,! If you can't even do that, then get another job and sell the...

Ive had time to edit this review 3 times by now.. could have gone to a McDonalds in Caguas and come back before i received the same order here. Waited enough time at the drive through to make 3 calls, scroll my entire instagram feed and write down this review (more than an hour and its 8pm not even rush hour..) waaay too long for such a “modern”establishment that calls itself FAST food. Unacceptable. Need more personnel taking orders. Useless to have two lanes if only one person is taking orders. Probably need more kitchen staff as well.

Worse of it all.. once you’re in the drive through there is no way out. I would have definitely left and gone to the McDonalds in fromt if plaza caparra id I had a way out.

They're okay when you go directly into the restaurant but they take a little long at the servi-carro and when you order from Uber eats you are gambling the chances of them messing up your order.I once payed for extra salsa agridulce and I never got it.Another time the chicken mcnuggets were over cooked and the gave me a regular cheeseburger instead of a mcduo.Now I ordered a hamburger with an extra patty and they didn't give it to me.Uber never wants to give me my money and I always have to dispute these charges through my bank because McDonald's ALWAYS messes up my orders 😡😡😡😡.Oh and the link they gave me is no good.This McDonald's needs to get their stuff together.From now if I order McDonald's again I'm going directly to...
