Burger King — Restaurant in Gulfport

Horrible! Not sure if they are short staffed or just don't care. Today I was asked again to pull up into a parking space and waited 15 minutes for two whoppers and an onion ring. The parking lot was filled with cars who had been asked to pull up too and EVERY car after me was asked to pull up. I counted 11 cars in a row waiting for their food. Skip this BK and go to Sonic!

Update 9/11/23 Decided to go inside for shakes. Just two simple shakes. Mistake! Where do they find these people who work there? As soon as I made my order the lady began griping and moaning loudly, "OH MY GOD! I'm so tired of making shakes!" She went on to say she was glad she was getting off in a few minutes. (Im sure her coworkers were too)I was the only one at the counter but saw it may take awhile so we sat down in the dining room. Flies were everywhere! On the tables, on the floors, on us...everywhere! When they did get them done I mentioned the flies in the dining room and OMG went into full-on attitude mode. She said the only way to keep flies out was to close the dining room. I suggested maybe if they cleaned the tables...she didn't want to hear that. She said she just cleaned them awhile ago and also said that we maybe shouldn't eat in the dining room since it was dirty. No professionalism at all! No, I'm so sorry, I apologize for the flies, nothing besides attitude, ignorance and just plain disrespect. For the next minute or so she kept on loudly about how, "I ain't no kid! Ain't anybody gonna talk to me.like that" It was pretty laughable after that so we decided to leave them with their flies. This BK is awful! Drive-thru and inside. We nicknamed it, "Home of The Can Ya Pull Up?" Go across the street to Sonic where their employees are respectful and CLEAN. Obviously BK holds no standards on appearance, cleanliness, or professionalism of...

This location usually has good tasting food. Some employees have been nice to me some extremely rude. Yesterday we called to see there were any impossible whoppers left and we’re told yes. We got there and they said they didn’t have any. We complained about it and they said that they actually did have one it just had to cook, and then gave us a rude remark. As someone who tries to eat somewhat healthy I love the impossible burger and buy one every week but at this location there always seems to be an excuse to not make one it almost seems as if the workers get mad about it. What a shame because it is my favorite on the menu. The location in diberville never has a problem with it. Whenever this location dosent lie to me about when they have it it does taste very good and the food is usually not bad here. Be sure to talk to the manager or call first because the employees will sometimes tell you you they don’t carry it but they do. I also do not know why the store still has impossible cross ants on the menu but always refuse to serve it. I think it may just take longer or something and they don’t want to cook it I don’t know. Bad business sometimes though but the food is pretty good. I hope they get to is issue resolved soon. A lot of people I know enjoy this burger but it is about a 50/50 chance they will let you order it for...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I've never been to a fast food place where you have to wait 20+ minutes every time you go for your order and it's still wrong 80% of the time. I'm not even exaggerating, I've been there 10+ times over the past 6 months and every time something has been wrong with my order. Even after I've went inside and asked them to fix it assuming the second time it would be fixed, when I get home my order is still wrong. And I'm taking very simple orders. A whopper with just bacon and cheese. But they will get it wrong even after you take it back the second time and say ONLY BACON AND CHEESE. The burger King on North highway 49 Gulfport, MS is the absolute worst fast food restaurant in existence. Go there if you want to kill an hour of your time waiting on your food to get made incorrectly.

Update 1/23 - since my first review a few years ago based on several visits back then I've been back recently. I must say that I did notice an improvement. Service was better and they were polite. Food was right. Maybe they've made some changes or maybe I just got lucky but I've updated my review from 1 star to 2 stars. Will give them another try to see if it...
