Just opened. First time here. It's great to have a different alternative food place in Gulfport! Overall pretty good. Great tasty and fresh ingredients. I'll definitely be back to try more stuff. We had two orders of Bao. One simmered pork with cilantro, daikon/carrots and tomatoes, garlic type of mayo, with the V-Bomb sauce. One with lemongrass chicken, tomato, mint, cucumber, fried onion, garlic type of mayo, with Sweet chili sauce. The V-Bomb sauce is spectacular!

Proteins were very tasty. Some buns had a good amount of meat, some less so. Vegetables good distribution per request. Excellent iced black tea. Iced Vietnamese coffee was tasty.

Staff was friendly, courteous, apologized for the wait when more buns were needed or tofu not at the ready (opening week jitters?).

No inside dining. Outside dining area was clean and nice. Shades above, fans. We went around 5:30 and it did not feel hot outside at all.

An inherent challenge with a "roll your own" type of place is customers who are not familiar with the process and/or taking a lot of time deciding on what they want. The staff did a great...

Where has this place been all my life?! The food is so fresh, flavorful, and full of variety. The spring rolls are next level—light, packed with flavor, and super satisfying. I also love that they have so many vegan options (and not the boring kind—actual creative, delicious ones). Everything tastes healthy without sacrificing flavor, which is rare to find.

The bowls are perfect if you want something filling but not heavy, and the ingredients taste like they were just picked that morning. On top of that, the service is genuinely warm and welcoming. The space is clean, inviting, and it’s one of those spots you instantly know you’ll come back to again and again.

If you’re looking for something fresh, different, and absolutely delicious, this...

Wow! VERY yummy! I had the rice bowl with lemongrass chicken, my friend had the rice bowl with lemongrass pork and we shared some summer rolls All the portions were generous, I even had leftovers. The ingredients were very fresh and seasoned perfectly. The variety available was hard to choose between. Opening friday had a line down to the corner and the wait was well worth it! Even with the line and customers placing their first orders ever the staff was patient, kind and seemed to have fun, even though they were going to be exhausted at the end of their shift. I had a thai tea with boba added that was not over sweetened and it was a very generous size as well. I can't wait to go back and try...

Everything was so good and blew my expectations. Everyone there were so friendly and very accommodating. They would try their best to comply w your requests. The citrus green sauce(?) thingy is a must w your bao, springrolls, and even w the banmi. Sadly, we were too full to try out the bowls, but my cousin loved the banmi and apparently they make their own bread. I personally liked the baos and how seasoned the meats were. Yum. I’m literally drooling right now typing this… honestly the line was so long and I was so hot and sweating…. But it was worth the long wait. But be aware that the sitting is limited

I visited not long after V-Roll had officially opened. The line was out the door, and moved somewhat slowly. The staff seemed a little overwhelmed but I’m sure it’s something that will be worked through in the future. I had the build your own Banh Mi, they had a good selection of fillings but I don’t feel the sandwich had enough packed into it especially with the over $10 price tag. The amount of filling might be dependent on who makes the sandwich. My mother had the spring rolls & bowl. She was happy with both of her dishes and the amount of food. It’s nice to see a new fresh option in Gulfport!
