This was the worst experience I ever had at ANY McDonald's. I ordered and paid ahead. My stepson had his own order too. The inside was closed and the drive-thru had about 7 cars in front of us. (Curbside was closed) Got to the speaker and my order was ready but they couldn't find his. Told to pull around. When we finally got to the window they had to do my stepson all over. Said mine was fine. Pulled to the pickup window and they had his but not mine. All I ordered was a chicken sandwich and medium fries. The employee couldn't find my order, went to go check, came back and told me I had to pull up to the trash can. After waiting 25 minutes from arrival, nothing. I called the inside from my mobile phone and the manager answered i told her I had been there 25 minutes and she yelled at me and told me I had to be patient because she is understaffed. If I hadn't already paid, I would have left. Another 8 minutes a young lady comes out and thrust a bag at me. I asked if she is who I spoke with and she said yes. I asked her name and she started yelling. She said I wasn't getting her name and she was understaffed, customers yelling all day, and she don't care. I was shocked at her continued attitude and rant. I never yelled but did inform her, as she stepped towards my SUV again with her arms flying around, that we customers keep her a job and that I was contacting corporate because she needs training. She did all of this in front of customers in line and an employee standing outside with friends. She was rude, aggressive, and humiliating. I have never had a manager go off on me for their bad day. She humiliated herself as well. But to do a customer that way in front of so many people is not management level. At first I felt like I needed to diffuse her. This is what's wrong with the world today. Young people are not trained properly and they think there entitled. In my young days, we would have been fired. Read moreI ordered through the curbside on this trip. Upon ordering I had customized food to have specific modifications. When reviewing the receipt after I had sent the order in the receipt did not reflect my modifications. So I went inside to let them know. Upon telling the employee what had happened she seemed annoyed and flustered. As I understand the flustered part because it was a lot of information, I just did not understand being annoyed. She went over to the manager that was on staff and tried to explain/gripe about what was going on. As I was still standing at the counter and listening to her conversation. I just find it super inappropriate when the manager is also annoyed and does it come up and at least ask me what is going on to find out how she can help. Because the person that took the information did not understand and I ended up having to go back a second and third time to complete my order the way it was supposed to be. I ended up having to just buy more food because it didn't understand the modifications I was trying to make. I was super overwhelmed and frustrated but I understand we all have days like this. There was a young lady who was waiting to go on her shift when she asked me if she could help. She jumped right in and tried to fix the order but because the other two were bent on being annoyed and complaining she just walked away. I do not blame her I am very appreciative that she jumped in and got part of the order ready. I am sorry I do not know names, but as I am not one to point people out specifically. Read moreThe McDonald's in Gun Barrel City Texas was horrible!!! First the guy taking the money for the food was complaining how stupid his manager was. He was also talking about previous customers in front of us complaining. We had 2 different orders one for 45.00 and the other was 35.00. On my sister's order they gave the wrong toys in the happy meals and then forgot her cheeseburgers.On my order they didn't make it at all because it said I didn't pay.I gave the lady the receipt because I paid with my debit card. She told me they would get it ready.I was missing a quarter pounder with cheese,the large coke I bought and the hot mustard and honey mustard I asked for with the 20 nuggets.When I asked the lady ma'am can I get the mustards she said I already gave them to you I said no ma'am you gave me napkins,She then said whatever!!! I had a regular hamburger with no onions the manager was saying I need a dry cheeseburger, I said no ma'am a regular hamburger no onions.She said wait your turn I said your working on my order now.Then she just threw the hamburger in the bag and then threw my food down the counter.
