Sbarro — Restaurant in Gurnee

I don't like writing negative reviews but after repeatedly ignoring a customer I have to... there isn't much choice at Oasis so I specifically take the time to stop for breakfast which Sbarro has on the menu... unfortunately they have a problem with time, they lose customers and complain that business is bad.... And it will be like this until you learn to respect every customer... once again despite the fact that there are many breakfasts available in the area I stop to hear at Sbarro... that breakfast is from 6 to 10... despite the fact that it's before 10 there is no breakfast on display and I hear a lie.... I don't recommend it... I don't like it.. And certainly neither I nor my friends will waste their time listening to such lies.... first learn to respect the customer and then start a business.......

It's really hard for me to find an Italian restaurant that tastes as authentic as sbarro does. The pizza is amazing words can't describe how pleased I was. I got a few things to try out since Im really indecisive. I got the three cheese pizza, double pepperoni pizza, a sausage pepperoni and cheese stromboli, breads ticks and a watermelon strawberry lemonade. The pizza was cooked and seasoned to perfection, the stromboli was crispy enough to have the perfect texture, and the lemonade was as refreshing as it was sweet.And the customer service! Dani and josh weresuperb very easygoing and non pressuring when I couldn't make up my mind, very supportive and positive....

NOT ALL BUT...some SBARRO locations, DOESN'T GIVE GOOD SERVICE as I've experienced even my family does... BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE.. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ORDERS, for some reasons, if NOT... WRONG PRODUCT Will be GIVEN, or YOUR GONNA ENCOUNTER MISSING ORDERS/ITEMS... before, I don't usually check what's inside the paper bag specially when RUSH Hour comes. I do open it up once I got home. BUT DUE TO REPETITIVE times they've Done that.. NOW.. IT'S A MUST TO CHECK EVERY ORDERS I GOT ON MY BAG BEFORE LEAVING...
