Jamba — Restaurant in Gurnee

I am sad to be giving a two star rating because I love Jamba Juice- I hate going to the mall but I will to get me some Jamba Juice. Well I’m sad to say that the service here has gone down the drain and I’m not sure when And or if I’ll be back to this location tbh. On June 4th, my fiancé and I stopped by Jamba Juice at around 8:20pm. We saw a line of about 3-4 people- we waited and saw there was NO ONE upfront NO ONE by the side making the drinks. So we asked the people in line how long had they been waiting for... they said a long time. The first two younger guys upfront told us they had paid for their order and the employees just disappeared! We went back by the glass window and saw the employees sitting down doing absolutely Nothing! They were sitting down in the back and when we knocked on the glass window they walked to the door looked at us (other customers too) and walked back into the back room and continued to ignore us. This time they moved away from our view and disappeared completely. The two gentlemen that were waiting for their order after paying told us they had called the customer service number and no one answered. We called and no one picked up! What a way to treat people ! A break or lunch hour is one thing but this was complete disregard for basic customer service. Please fix this issue it’s very sad and these employees...

My daughter and I went here on a Friday august 20 2021 at 2:03 pm and was encountered by employee sitting in back counter smiling and conversing with someone in back which sounded like they were tossing dishes. Girl on counter sat and smiled at us but did not acknowledge us as we stood there wondering if someone was going to wait on us, and after about 45 seconds a girl came from back as we were still not acknowledged till she was done tossing dishes underneath counter. That’s when girl sitting in back counter finally got down and stood by other girl who must be the cashier, and then we were first acknowledged. We gave them our order which they were out of pineapple (main ingredient in most of their smoothies) and oat milk which they laughed when telling us, so ended up with safe strawberry. Walked away speechless. I know it’s hard to find help in these trying times, but this seems to be happening a lot as I’ve been reading the reviews. Hoping these employees realize that they are lucky to be employed and they are getting paid to do their job correctly and professionally, as places seem to be closing more and more for lack...

Very unprofessional staff, people wearing pajamas and attitudes as of they didn’t want to be there.Over 10 people waiting in line while your staff hide in the back like if they are getting paid to sit and talk instead of helping. When they finally came to help they still had us waiting an extra 15 while we watched them talk as if we weren’t there .Not only no care about helping anyone they still have the nerve to mean mug us as well as laugh at us because we were upset. One girl wanted to put on a show like she was about to confront someone while her other employees had to “hold”her back. I ordered 4 drinks and yet with about 10 employees behind that counter we still waited 20 minutes. I’m not someone who leaves reviews but I felt that this was one the the WORST customer service experience that I have had and upon looking at your reviews I can tell this isn’t the first time someone has complained about there attitude. By the way I was have such a wonderful day till this happened…… The only reason it gets one star is because this is the only way I can...
