Finally got around to trying this Ramen venue this past September and I must say it's about time the mall finally got an authentic Japanese noodles house.
Definitely a treat to have especially if you've visited or had the joy of living in Japan as a navy brat like I did. Anytime I eat authentic ramen noodles or step into a Japanese store, like a time machine taking me back.
The noodles are really good here especially the ever popular Miso but maybe just a bit pricy for what you get. Had a side of Gyoza which I thought were good too.

This is going to be a new spot for us when we crave ramen and don’t want to drive all the way to Mitsuwa or Chicago ramen in des plains. I’ve been trying a lot of ramen in search of the authentic taste and this is by far closest to my expectations.
