Fave Pizza — Restaurant in Gurnee

Finally made it out here this past early August when I was by myself on the way home from a doctor's appt and had a delightful first experience.

Sadly I've only been here just the one time even though I'm at the mall a couple of times a month. Typically we end up going straight to the Round1 gaming place for the kids and that's it.

The pizza is really good here and most definitely not your typical "mall pizza" with the likes of Villa or Sbarro, this is indeed a step up in terms of quality and taste.

The lady from Ukraine who greeted me and took my order was very kind and welcoming. She mentioned how it all started, how long they've been there and it didn't take anything to convince me to try them.

Only shop in the mall that offers a solid slice of pizza. Fave pizza surpasses any pizza chain in the area in flavor, quality, and crust. They also offer a unique option for a protein shake that is much better than your average shaker cup produces. This shake allows for a versatile meal that includes high protein. If I want pizza in the mall, this is the stop for me. (Tip for owner: Try to market your food to the surrounding business which includes: Bhop gaming and FunFlatables. This place has an average 4.9 star rating SMH. i had my doubts the one star review was genuine. But honestly this was pretty poor pizza. They had only two varieties cheese and pepperoni. My pizza was a reheat and very dissappointing. I did not want to give this business a one star review being a small business and maybe the other Italian food is better like the speghetti, meatballs etc. Since Pizza is in the business name i expected this to be the star of their menu, i will not give this place another opportunity.
