EDIT 11/26/18 This place used to be great. But in the past 5 months we give up on even coming here, because they're so slow and lined up and wrapped around the whole building. 30 minutes fore an order... Not sure if its slow staff or new management. Too bad, they were quick at one time. They got our order wrong and acted like we were burdening them when we asked for a correction on the order. Hope they correct this, as this will not go over well in a small town.
OLD REVIEW: Not bad! I've been to several Ronnie Mac's around Oklahoma and next door states, and honestly I think this is one of the best. Next to one of the ones my parents and I went to when I was little, but that was in Oklahoma City. It isn't ALWAYS fresh, but it does seem that it IS fresh more OFTEN than most Mc Donald's locations.
They're pretty good at "special orders", such as "one cheeseburger no onions, one cheeseburger cheese mustard only, one cheeseburger dry with cheese" etc. Sometimes my family's orders are... Special... Haha! Yes, we are those people sometimes at Mc Donald's where people are going "oh, c'mon lady, just ORDER off the MENU" haha! :-) I apologize...
Most of the employees are very friendly, there have been a few (as there are in any business) that we wanted to slap, but didn't, because that's called illegal and we are law abiding citizens. Honestly, it seems to be just people having "bad days" sometimes. It happens. We are very respectful people, and we believe in respecting all fast food staff just as you should respect restaurant staff. They are doing the job because someone has to. Without staff, we couldn't use the drive thru! :-) Not being a liberal, I just saying. I've seen some really belligerent customers at drive thru windows. So, stop sticking your gum on their windows and creating more work for someone and they might be nicer to everyone more often.

Read moreSo yesterday around 6:20 I go into McDonald's to pick up a order, I get there and wait, 10 minutes go by and the food still isn't on the serving table, I'm starting to get annoyed but hey, there mildly busy so it's ok. 20 minutes go by, I'm really starting to get annoyed, I'm sitting there at the table where part of the wall is ripped and I'm pretty sure there's black mold (idk though) wondering why people that came in after me are getting there orders (that are larger) faster then me. 30 minutes go by and I'm genuinely heated, I go to the front desk and wait 5 minutes for the workers to get to me and the 4 other people I line, finally one comes up and says "you here for a pick up order?" I say "yes" I tell him the last 3 didgets and he immediately comes back with the already done and ready food. I get in the car, by this time it was 6:54 and I think "I should look at the time the receipt was printed" I look at the receipt and it said the order was ready at 6:24. At this point I am genuinely more mad then I have been in a long time. There is genuine, pure rage at this point "your telling me I waited 30+ minutes on an order that was ready 4 minutes after I got there?" Honestly I have no words describing how horrible the workers at that McDonald's are, you all read these reviews about how horrendous your workers are and yet you don't do anything about it, you have these scathing reviews about how poor quality the workers in this establishment are and yet you don't do anything about it. You probably won't even read this, and even if you do, you won't do anything. You need do temporarily close and hire new workers. I can't count how many times I've had to wait 15+ minutes on small orders when they aren't busy at all, you all need to do better. Read moreThis has become the WORST McDonald's I've EVER been to. I have been a frequent customer for quite some time now. Up until recently service has been pretty good but last week that all changed. They got my order wrong 2 days in a row. The 1st day, the lady repeated it correctly but rang it up wrong. I politely let them know and that It was fine, until I realized the Frappe I ordered was not only the wrong size but completely MELTED. Pretty much chocolate milk with coffee. The young lady blamed it on the machine. The issue with this is not taking responsibility. The machine may have been the cause but your employee allowed it to go out to the customer which shouldn't have happened. I paid for a frappe not chocolate milk with a splash of coffee. Fast forward to the next day. Again the gentleman taking my order repeated it correctly but rang it up wrong. I ordered a #1 with a Large Mocha Frappe and an extra hash brown. This guy handed me a frappe and a hash brown. When i mentioned that they yet again got my order wrong the manager came to the window and tried to act like i was crazy. At this moment i realize the man that took my order was the Manager. He did make my order complete in the end but shouldn't be a manager in my opinion. So I gave them a few days to get their act together. 3 days later, they got my order wrong yet again. This time, repeated AND rang up correctly but made wrong.
