I was shocked at how rude i was treated when arriving 15 min late. I was under the impression i was exactly on time - but after changing my appointment date, there must have been miscommunication on my appointment time. The stylist was cold and perturbed during my appointment. I should have walked out. I wasn't firm on my ideas for my cut and i actually asked style advice from my stylist (Chapman), seeing as how she's been doing this a long time- unfortunately she ill-advised me for my hair type. My hair is light and thin and she actually took a razor to my dry hair and now all of my former healthy ends look damaged and split. She should know better. She actually used a thinning technique on my already thin hair and not just the ends, but throughout! My hair looked soft and healthy before and now looks dry and sad. She didn't wash my hair and only worked on my hair for 10-15 min and charged me $50.00. This was a very discouraging haircut appointment. I asked for side-swept bangs and she told me she's not a fan - and that was the end of that. Read moreWe have used this salon for 20 years but the service we received from Kylie C on Saturday was horrible. We booked two months ago for styling for prom. I stood in the salon and specifically booked for a prom style. It was my daughter’s senior/final prom. But when we arrived we were told that she was only booked for a wash and curl..and that she could not do anything else and did not have time. We were then told we were at fault for not letting them know it was a special occasion..but we did! Several times I indicated it was for PROM when we booked. She really could not care less. In fact, she did not even finish styling her hair and handed her off to someone else when another client walked in. It ruined the experience for my daughter. Thankfully I took her home and restyled it myself. But the lack of empathy or taking any responsibility for booking it wrong on their part..that is the worst part. They had no remorse for nearly ruining my daughters last prom night. No refund or any amount of money can make up for the awful experience. Do better Eric Fisher Salon! Read moreJordan was the sweetest and most patient and passionate stylist ever! Her gentle focus & determination to please me, the client, was amazing!! She certainly went the extra mile to do so & her gracious attitude shined through! I miscommincated the coloring I wanted (not her fault at all!) & she was determined that I left there happy with her work and feeling great! She totally accomplished what I wanted and with such grace. One of the best attitudes I have ever come across in a stylist. I will definitely come see her for my future salon needs and reccomend her to friends. The ladies who ran the front desk were also top notch amazing. Keep them forever! In the past EFS kinda had a lot of re occurring snobby desk hosts with awful attitides so it was so refreshing to see and hear such kindness and small talk instead of feeling uncomfortable & out of place. They immediately made me feel welcome & happy to be there. GENUINE friendliness! They worked so well together as a team & this was refreshing to see & hear.
