I love EPL because it's an easy go-to for quick relatively "healthier" alternative to other fast food. But customer service at this location was very bad, and it came from the manager Veronica.
Purchased a menu item, but was charged more than the price that was posted. It was a nominal difference, About 80 cents before tax. No big deal, but called to their attention so they can fix the board.
But instead of admitting their menu board was wrong or lacked the right info, she kept insisting the system price that was rung up was correct. What was disappointing was that she was full of attitude, rolling eyes and the shear lack customer service. She could have easily accepted that the pricing was different, simply apologize for the confusion, and take note to fix for future customers. Though she gave the refund, she did so in a very condescending way with rolling eyes.
When asked for her name, she said it's Veronica and I'm the manager. I was blown a way that a manager would act that way. I don't know how she got to that position but she sure needs more training on...
Read moreI found no welcome here from all of the people that were on the other side were employees here I did make a complaint and a request that they need to fix the table and I did this for the next customer that would sit on the table and realize that their table their food and their time just fell on the ground and if it was somebody older that wasn't so bendable and flexible what if there was an elderly or handicapped person that was by themselves that had a spill the money and the time on the line and with customer service that doesn't want to listen to you and pay attention to in regards to put up a sign if the table doesn't work I can move it aside why put it broken table for somebody to eat on it doesn't make any sense I felt very poorly at a five stars rating I'm giving a one but truely I believe in 🥈 chances so I will take this as a learning experience and know that if I come back a month from now it won't be my money to come back for this service...

What will be the purpose of ordering online if I have to pack the sauce myself? I really don't know if she knows that online orders or pre orders are. Or may prior manager did a favor ? One customer prior to me picking up a large container for lesser chicken. Felt not comfortable. My co workers agree the situation that I experienced today and is very shameful to serve customers at this location like that. Well, if I don't like here, I don't go at this location. Right? Manager said straight to me " You have to pack your sauce yourself" Oh really? No receipt so don't have The Store number for Reviews...didn't...
