Update Jan 10, 2025 After prior experience, someone from here contacted us asking for a 2nd chance. Last night we decided to try again. Ordered the most basic items- 1 large pizza, fries. Delivery driver sat in his car for over 5 minutes before coming to my door, as I stood outside freezing. I went in and THEN he knocks. The pizza was burnt on the bottom, and cheese was not cooked. The fries were a mushy pile of uncooked potatoes. I had to put them in the air fryer for 14 minutes and the pizza in the garbage. Soon after, restaurant texts me asking for pics, to go INTO THE GARBAGE to get pics. GROSS! Never again ordering from here. We ordered through GrubHub for delivery. So many issues, but the food was delicious. 1- Delivery was 30 minutes late 2- an entire sandwich was missing 3- I called the restaurant to ask about the missing sandwich. The man who answered immediately said very gruffly "Your orders on the way" before I could even speak. I said, "It's already here!! I'm calling because there's a large sandwich missing." The man said, "I already told GrubHub we had no turkey". Me: "So you just decided not to tell me, the customer?" He was in a rush, and very rude. I contacted GrubHub who knew nothing about " no turkey ". Luckily I was refunded that money, but because of this, my husband had no dinner!!

I live less than a block from this restaurant. I tried calling in advance because I wanted to ask for some extra sour cream, and realized that they werenāt answering the phone. I didnāt think much of it so I just waited for the order. After a while I realized that the order was not coming. Since I live so close, I decided to walk down to the shop and see if they were open. They were not. On Tuesday I called around 6:30 and they did not answer. I drove by and they were closed. I donāt think they are open at all. Iāve tried calling multiple times and no one answers and also no one is ever there, so thereās no way for me to try to remedy this. I got a refund for my order from Uber, but itās really weird that the restaurant accepted the order while closed.
Edit: Iāve driven by twice last week around 6:30 and you guys were closed. Iām not pulling my review when my order was before you guys closed. Maybe you should have told the third party app that you were closing early. You canāt buy good reviews by offering to buy...

I called the restaurant to check on the order and was told that "the driver left 30 minutes ago." After requesting that they check with the driver for an ETA I was told they would arrive by 12:35. I mentioned that was unacceptable & he told me that EZCater gives a 15 minute window for them to be late (this is already included in the 11:30-11:45 time frame which EZCater confirmed when I called) When I asked what we can do about this I was told, "if you want to complain or cry about it more you need to call EZCater." I could not believe the level of unprofessionalism I encountered with this company. As someone who was in the restaurant industry for many years this was shocking. I immediately contacted EZCater and they were so helpful. They too were shocked at how I was spoken to, refunded my delivery fee, took 10% off the bill and provided a coupon for future use. I will continue to use EZCater but will NEVER order from here again. I truly hope that EZCater revisits doing business with...
