Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Haddon Township

Just wanted to reach out and share my experience tonight. It was about 8:30 and usually in the past ive had very good experiences at Rita's. I've spent a decent amount of money over the years for gallons of water ice for baby showers, Birthday parties, BBQs, etc. The new employees at Rita's I feel are very rude and ill mannered. You ask to try a new flavor that you haven't tried and they catch attitudes, I just get the "hurry up and buy something" feel from the employees. I love stopping here on a lunchtime walk with the dog. Their water ice flavors taste exactly like their names and you can make any gelati combination you can think of. This picture shows why I choose Rita's over other water ice places when I'm out with my grand-pup Jameson. I don't know if they do this at every Rita's, but this one asks if your dog wants a "pup cup". They fill a little lid with vanilla soft serve and pop a doggy biscuit in the ice cream. Came to this Rita's with my family and I placed an order for a gelati and did not like the taste of the ice and the custard together and asked if they could make it with another ice and the associate just very coldly said no! With no explanation of why it couldn't be done or any policy explanation. Don't plan on returning to this particular Rita's.
