I absolutely loved my experience at The Skinny Pancake. My partner wanted to take me there since they opened but for whatever reason I wasn’t able to go until yesterday. First of all the staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the restaurant was inviting and felt spacious and clean. We looked over the menu and I noticed that almost everything could be made gluten free, so it was hard to choose just one thing to get. We ended up getting one sweet crepe (The Heartbreaker) and one savory crepe made gluten free so we could share. I ordered a side of bacon and an iced maple latte with oat milk, as well as the special strawberry lemonade. Both of the gluten free crepes were delicious, and very filling. The bacon was so good, somehow both crispy and chewy and just the right amount of smokiness. My maple latte was just a touch too sweet, but not a problem with all the savory flavors that balanced it out. The strawberry lemonade was refreshing and not too sweet. It leaned a little more tart, and that was also a nice contrast to the sweet crepe. I am looking forward to going back to The Skinny Pancake and trying some different items on the menu. So many great options it will be hard to...
Read moreFood was very good. We were a party of 6 and we were split with portion size. We all finished our meals and 3 were completely full. The other 3 felt portions were too small. All agreed that the taste was great. Atmosphere is contemporary (not my style) but clean. Co Ed bathrooms (again not my style) if you have the rooms why wouldn't you have a male and a female bathroom? Service is ok. You first place your order at the counter and pay and then they bring you your food. I felt with the prices they charge they should come take your order. There prices should be cheaper when it's cafeteria style. Overall I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there again, but I wouldn't be opposed either. I g ave it a 4 because I really did like the quality and local freshness which I'm a fan of farm to table (which they are somewhat...
Read moreWas on my way to a camp and decided to stop here. The atmosphere is very casual but it’s very cute and homey. You order at the counter and the staff is all very nice. we ordered to ice teas but they accidentally gave us an ice coffee they quickly corrected the mistake and said they would make an ice tea but iced coffee was fine for my mother so she drank it and said it was some of the best ice coffee she ever had, so thank goodness for the mistake. The food itself came out pretty quickly though we were eating after peak lunch hours. As for the taste of the food it was very good. The fries were thin and crispy and the crepes were very nice. Overall, a nice casual lunch spot with great food and...
