I placed my Taco Bell order on DoorDash at 12:00 am and my dasher was waiting for my order for 45 minutes. He then proceeded to ask the employees for an update on my order since he was waiting for so long and he informed me that they "are not taking any orders anymore." He told them that the order was placed more than half an hour ago and that the store had accepted it and when the order was placed, DoorDash orders were available at the location. After my Dasher told me that the employees were refusing to take any orders, or make any existing online orders, I tried to call the store. It kept going to voicemail so my DoorDasher told the employee that I was trying to call them and they said "we aren't going to answer the phone." I think it is extremely unprofessional for these workers to not make any online orders because they are "overwhelmed" when it is their whole job to do just that. If they were "too busy" for DoorDash orders they could have just turned off DoorDash until they were ready to open it up again like every other fast food place, but instead they were rude to my Dasher and decided to just stop making things and taking orders in general. They should have more people working during these busy times or provide more training shifts if they want to just give up after too many online orders. Not only did they waste my time, but also my...
Read moreProbably my favorite taco bell in MA or CT. Possibly all of New England. I go here maybe 1-2 times a week for breakfast and its always just right. This place hits the spot. I recommend the breakfast burrito with fiesta potatoes. Get yourself 2 or 3, they're only $1.07 each (tax included). Trust me, you'll love it. They also have options to sub the potatoes for sausage or bacon, but I'm trying not to eat red meat lately.
Anyway, I went here one time through the drive-thru, and I always get two of the aforementioned burritos, and this day I decided to only order one. The teller at the drive-thru seemed surprised. "Only one today??" they remarked. "Yes, only one" I replied. I got my burrito and was on my way. This kind of customer service really sticks with me. They knew my order! It was something I truly did not expect, but was pleasantly pleased about. I feel like I could go here tomorrow and say "The usual, please" and they would know what to make.

Read moreI come from Greenfield to Hadley to get Taco Bell, their service used to be incredible, much better than that in my own town. I’m unsure of what’s happened lately in the last several weeks, but I went there today, and I was told to hold on 4 times by the cashier at the drive thru speaker, before I could complete my order. It took 9 minutes to complete my order verbally. 2 different people came to speaker. I then waited 17 minutes in the drive thru, while they made fresh Nacho Fries for the Cari front of us, and then handed me cold soggy fries. Ontop of that, the cashier could counter change correctly, and forgot my 2 drinks, I then asked for my drinks, she went and grabbed 2 other employees, looked at the order screen. Handed me my two drinks, and one had no syrup in the freeze. So I politely said that’s not correct, and she then squirted syrup on top of my freeze and handed it to me, she crushed my cup slightly handing it to me, and the...
