I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I had an experience at the JCPenney in Hadley that really didn’t sit right with me. I went to the jewelry counter to get my bracelet fixed, and the associate helping me was very kind and professional. However, when she asked for assistance, the person who came over—possibly a manager—spoke to her in a way that felt dismissive and unkind.
It honestly made me uncomfortable to see an employee being treated that way, and I can’t imagine how it must feel to work in that kind of environment. Customers notice these things, and it’s disheartening to see employees not being shown the same respect they give to customers. Maybe 2 hrs later I tried to put it on and it broke AGAIN, where the clasp and rope connected... I tried to explain this to her because I was concerned about the warranty. She made me feel like I was making it up. Because "necklaces don't brake twice" She's extremely rude, short, won't let you speak, she will interrupt you mid sentence, speak over you with no regard on what your TRYING to communicate to her.
