Hot Table — Restaurant in Hadley

I should've just gone to Panera! It wasn't the high prices or the mediocre food that put me off, it was this "manager" named Sam who had the audacity to roll her eyes at me while taking my order! TWICE! The restaurant was fairly noisy with customers and loud music, I couldn't hear what she said and I said "sorry, could you repeat that?" and she actually rolled her eyes and angrily shouted "DO YOU WANT EVERYTHING ON IT OR NOT?!" She did that a second time when asking about veggies, and then after 15 minutes waiting to check out because she pretended I wasn't there (she literally checked out 3 people who were behind me in line first when I was standing at the check out part with my tray). She really should be at least spoken to regarding her behavior. I don't know why this girl is in a management position but if she acts that way on a regular basis they should really consider...

I came into this location on Tuesday and was waited on by a supervisor named Randy. He was very polite and took care of everything I needed. He went above and beyond for me and my friends. The reason for my one star is how the managers ( two young ladies) treated the staff and customers. I don’t know what’s going on in this location but you need to replace them ASAP! They were very rude to the people behind me in line while making the food and asking what they wanted. The way they talked about Randy and shalee was Unacceptable. We are customers and do hear everything even if you don’t think we do. I don’t understand how you have people like this in charge. Are you blind? Look at all the other comments. I will return to this location just because of the service I got from Shalee and Randy. They both are great people and a Asset...

My wife and I were out doing some shopping and wanted to try some place we havent been to. This place didnt disappoint. The sandwiches are awesome and the pumpkin soup was delicious. My only disappointment was seeing a lack of the management having the employees follow all the health codes when it comes to hair nets. There was a young lady with very long hair that was in a pony tail and went all the way down her back. She had thin strips of hair along the sides of her face also. Due to the length of her hair it should have been in a hair net or the very least under her hat. I hope management sees this and...
