FunHub Action Park — Attraction in Hadley

This place was absolutely AMAZING! I wasnt sure on what to expect and was pleasantly surprised by the facilities, food, value, and customer service during our visit. Celebrated my teenage daughter's 16th birthday last Sunday and they all had a blast! This is so much fun for kids of all ages (even 45 year old kids lol). The pizzas were delivered exactly at the time they were promised and were super good! The staff was sooo nice and accommodating. There is so much to do all the attractions, from the bumper cars to the VR games and the obstacle courses were so much fun for kids, teens and adults alike. They thought about everything. A bin was made available to drop the guests' coats and belongings so that they are out of the way during the 2 hour party allotted time. The process of obtaining the wrist bands and arcade cards for all kids was a breeze. Nick was on top of all the details and readily available to serve our needs. The table was very big and sat all my guests comfortably when it was time to eat. 2 hours go by fast so you do have to guide the kids around to ensure they do all there is to do in that timeframe. Once they are gone playing there are plenty of areas for adults to sit down or watch your kids have fun. There is WIFI available if you want to catch up with anything in the net while the kids play. I will consider this place again for our birthday parties and I will even consider it for a specially fun date night as well. Good Job Guys! Please keep it up! We need more places like...

This place has a toddler package, but it is not worth it for this age group. There is a super small toddler play area. The “multilevel play structure” that’s included in the toddler package is not toddler friendly. From the pictures of the “toddler zone” posted online, it’s hard to tell just how big and busy the multilevel play structure is (everyone has access to it), and never having visited before, we wrongfully assumed the whole “toddler zone” would be toddler-friendly, but that is totally not the case. My daughter got bored 10 minutes into playing in the toddler play area, and after a few minutes of failing to convince her to stay, we left 45 minutes before our time was up.

The other thing that left us feeling weird was that even though there are signs posted about height and age limits for the toddler zone, there is no one there to keep older kids out. While my daughter was playing, two older kids ran in and started yelling in her face. One of them aggressively poked her in the face right after running in, and barely listened to their parents to leave once they realized the kids were in there.

I wasn’t going to share a review on here, but I’ve tried to each out to the company twice now with no response from anyone, via email and phone. For starters all the bathrooms inside of fun hub were out of order, we had about 13 kids at my daughters birthday party and not all parents stayed so between me and someone else we had to continue to bring the kids down into the mall to the bathrooms. My daughter and her friends did the ropes course, the staff there hooked them up than just walked away, what if one of the kids fell Off? I know They’re harnessed on but they would not have known what to do, when they were done. they were locked in the exit and parents had to get staff to get them out. We had the party from 6pm-8pm, the staff were all just hanging around we had to ask where the pizza was at 7:30…. A phone call stating the bathrooms were out of order and be offered a different day for the party would’ve been ideal, and staff clearly needs to freshen up on the safety of the kids too. Place was clean, but the party rooms are really warm...
