It’s a cool space but I’m not sure what was going on the day we went. There was a kid at the register taking our order. First I tried to order a chicken salad sandwich which was clearly on the menu. He didn’t seem to understand what chicken salad was. He said we don’t have salad with chicken on it. We tried to show him on the menu. He then asked if I wanted the chicken Caesar wrap. I asked if they made either chicken salad or tuna salad sandwiches like it says on the menu. He said they don’t make those. I said ok then chicken Caesar wrap it is, which is 5 dollars more expensive. There was an adult standing within earshot but seemed to be ok with customers being confused but l think she didn’t speak English. My wife ordered a burger with no bacon. There was bacon on it. I’m not sure if we were charged for it because he didn’t give us the receipt and when asked said he couldn’t get it back. We then had to go up and ask for the cup for the drink my wife ordered. He also kept messing up the order on the register and had to redo it. Food wasn’t bad but if you have a kid taking customers who doesn’t know what he’s doing then have an adult who can help...

Sent my fiancé here to finally get a bagel breakfast sandwich for me, I was so excited to try it based off pictures and reviews of this restaurant but was left suddenly disappointed, appalled & hungry! I ordered a sesame bagel, bacon, egg & cheese sandwich. I wasn't happy opening my food, I'm 8 months pregnant and it looked so dry, stale, skimpy and unloved. That's exactly what it tasted like too, it's also weird how gave me a regular bagel top as a bottom for my sandwich... my guess is they probably pick through all the stale bagels and give you the most edible(barely). I will 100% recommend a bacon egg and cheese sandwich from a fast food joint before I'll recommend this place and that's coming from a born and raised New Yorker! I know a good bagel and good breakfast sandwich, they serve none of that here. They're okay with giving customers trash! I was definitely going to bring it back to get a refund but I didn't want the extra hassle being pregnant! I will definitely never return here and I'll definitely never be back. I took my husband out tonight for drinks for his birthday and we wanted to check out the new bar in town. It was amazing. The ambiance and remodel of this location is spot on and beautiful. It’s so much bigger than it looks like when you drive/walk by. Autumn the bartender is educated on all the local beers and taps. She made the best lemon and melon shooters. She was attentive, informative, and educated us on not only the drinks but the location and restaurant. We ended up meeting one of the owners Chris and he was amazing. We chatted at the bar with Autumn and Chris and learned a lot of how the business started and the goals going forward. Living here for 4 years now this has been the best experience we have had in a social environment at a local bar. Autumn makes amazing drinks and can educate you about them. We look forward to being a regular at the restaurant/bar. Oh ya and their bagels and food is amazing. They won’t disappoint. Best restaurant and bar in Hagerstown hands down! We can’t want until they have future events...
