Placed an online order and showed up at the specified time. On arrival we were told while they got the order, they couldn’t view it? The explanation did not make sense a the boy at the counter claimed they were out of paper for whatever printer (note: we got the email that the order was placed and were charged for it), and because of that they did not fill our order yet. He then asked us what we ordered and told us it would be about a 25 minute wait. When we came back we were told they didn’t have some of the items. We were refunded for the item. The amount of food was small for the price ($4 cheese dip in a container the same size as the salsa with only half a bag of chips?). It is rare that the ordering experience is so bad that it alone warrants a 1 star review. 0 if it was possible.

Read moreI went there on my lunch break...I stood at the bar for like almost ten min before they took my order and I was the only one in there. On the bar were dirty plates and the floor looked sticky. It wasn't very clean and when I got the food I ordered the enchiladas supremas. It was cold and there was water in the bottom of the container. It was disgusting! I took my fork to break a piece of the enchilada off and the tortilla was rubbery and it fell apart. The only thing warm and good was the beans and rice. So afterwards I went back to talk to them and the waitress didn't even apologize or try to make it right. Read moreThis is the 3rd Spanish restaurant we have ordered this is by far the worst in portion and taste. The meat inside of the pupusas was old! The soup were tiny and the pupusas were breaking apart. All for $40 bucks . I’m willing to pay twice as much for good food ! BUT this was just an unflavored snack. We had to go get a real meal right after. I’m Spanish so I know our restaurants serve LARGE portions. It’s SAD how this restaurant is trying to rip people off with tiny portions as it was an upscale restaurant....
