I cannot even begin to explain the level of disappointment I felt when I opened my Chipotle bowl this time around. Any other time, they get it right—I get a nice, full bowl that actually makes me feel like I’m getting my money’s worth. But this? This was a sad excuse for a serving size. I specifically ordered extra chicken and extra rice, yet it looked like they barely put a normal portion in there, let alone the extra I paid for. The fajitas and beans were scarce, the cheese looked like they just sprinkled the absolute minimum, and the lettuce? “Light” doesn’t even begin to cover how little they gave me—it was practically nonexistent. What makes it even worse is that I was looking forward to this meal all day, hyping it up in my head because I know how good it can be. But instead of a satisfying, well-portioned bowl, I got this weak, half-filled disappointment that left me staring at it like, “That’s it?” And to make matters even worse, the whole process of getting my food was already a headache. I went through the drive-thru thinking it would be quick and convenient, only for them to hand me the wrong bag. I didn’t realize until I was already driving away, so I had to turn around, go back, and wait again just to get the right order. At that point, I was already annoyed, but I told myself it would all be worth it once I got home and finally dug into my food. Oh, how wrong I was. I get home, open the bowl, and see that they were being stingy as hell with the portions. Like, I paid for extra—where is it?! Why does it look like they gave me half of what a normal bowl should have? If I had known they were going to be this greedy, I wouldn’t have even bothered paying extra in the first place. It’s incredibly frustrating to go through all that hassle just to end up with a sad excuse for a meal. The whole point of ordering extra is to actually get extra, not to receive some weak, halfhearted attempt at a meal. If I wanted to leave my meal still hungry, I would’ve just made something at home. And what makes it worse is that I know Chipotle can do better! I’ve had bowls that were filled to the brim, properly portioned, and worth every penny. But this time? It felt like they were rationing ingredients like we’re in a food shortage or something. I don’t know if it was just this particular location, a lazy employee, or just bad luck, but either way, it completely killed my mood. When you crave something all day, finally get it, and then it turns out to be a complete letdown, the disappointment hits different. Chipotle usually does me right, but this time? Absolute letdown. Do better.

I placed an online order this evening totaling $40, INCLUDING a TIP for the staff so please hear me out. My food was cold, which isn’t even a problem because I was late picking it up and I’m fortunate enough to have a microwave. The portions were ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. There was probably a total of 8-10 pieces of chicken in my bowl, but I guess that’s why they so kindly gave me extra beans to supplement? The rations of chicken I did receive were dry and rubbery and TERRIBLY under seasoned. I’m actually furious and “pepper” the only support option was no help, and it’s too late on a school night for me to go back and speak with someone face to face but they will be hearing from me, it may not be tomorrow, it may not be this week but they WILL be hearing from me. Now let me continue. I got chips and guacamole. Simple, always hits the spot right? Wrong. Not this time. Absolutely BLAND. Salt actually didn’t even help. Moving on. For my son’s food, the bowl wasn’t even secured properly. It looks like someone was angry and just had such a firm grasp on it. Now stay with me- this was not a 3rd party order. This was an order placed directly through chipotle and picked up by me myself, at chipotle. Dude I’m furious. I tried calling, it was a dead end. While these may seem like minor problems, they’re not so minor with today’s economy. Because you’re meaning to tell me that I tipped HOURLY employees and they couldn’t put a LITTLE BIT of effort into assembling a very simple burrito bowl? This experience has put such a bad taste in my mouth about chipotle, and if there’s a next time, I will be ordering third party so that I’m partially or full refunded for this nonsense. The fact that I was so hungry I would’ve eaten anything but I had to force feed myself this blasphemy is sickening. I am angry. Oh and lastly, who in their right mind puts the cheese on top of the lettuce? My 7 year old would have done a better job.

Been coming here because it's close to me.went there tonight. Had to wait 15 mins for steak to cook and when it was done they took it over to the drive thru area.while I was waiting the young lady took a soapy towel to clean off where they prepare your orders. She was knocking food off the preparation area back into where the food is kept.all the tables were filthy.the area where you get drinks and utensils was disgusting. All the utensils were out.oh and the last time I was here I watched an employee serving in the drive thru drop soda lids on the floor and put them back to be used..also tonight I saw a piece of green pepper that still had the sticker on it.are stickers supposed to be edible?

As a regular patron of the Chipotle on Garland Groh Blvd in Hagerstown, I'm consistently impressed by the freshness and vibrant flavors of their food, especially their robust vegan offerings. From the perfectly cooked cilantro-lime rice and hearty beans (both black and pinto are vegan-friendly!) to the lively salsas and the delicious Sofritas, there's a wealth of plant-based choices that make for a truly satisfying meal.

The ability to customize your order means you can load up on fresh fajita veggies, a variety of flavorful salsas (all of which are vegan), and of course, plenty of guacamole. The "Veggie Full Bowl" is a fantastic pre-designed option, but building your own ensures you get exactly what you're craving, packed with fresh ingredients.

Beyond the delicious vegan food, the service here is reliably consistent. The staff members are efficient and keep the line moving smoothly, which is a major plus for anyone looking for a quick and reliable plant-based meal. Even during busy times, the team handles orders with good pace.

While the atmosphere is pleasant for those who prefer to dine in, I personally tend to grab my order to go. For takeout, this Chipotle location is excellent – the speed and consistency of their service make it a top choice for a convenient and truly tasty vegan meal on the run. If you're looking for a dependable and delicious vegan experience in Hagerstown, this location delivers on freshness, flavor,...
