Paradise NY Style Pizza & Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Hagerstown

First the staff are really nice people, friendly and professional. The crust is crunchy and the source is really good and the cheese is melted just right . I grew up in Bowie Maryland and there was a pizza restaurant there called Happy Italian delight, they were in business I think for like the early '70s up to the mid-2000s , I was born in 1971 so it's possible they were in business longer than I realized lol ,anyhow I and my family have always been looking for a pizzeria that can match them after they closed and I can say this place came pretty close if not almost there. I will definitely be stopping here multiple times in the future and the people again ,the staff or the owners ,I'm not sure but they were really nice people, I can't say enough for how nice they are. Even though they didn't know me and I didn't know them for some reason I felt like telling them about my childhood memories of the best pizza I ever ate and this place came so close but what Set it over the top for me were again how nice they were. He took the time I believe the owner to show me on his cell phone video them making the sauce and the pizza dough. I hope this place lasts cuz they're definitely worth going to. The prices are within line with the other pizzerias in Hagerstown. I don't know why anybody would go to a chain pizza place cause to me chain pizza restaurants are overpriced and nothing but frozen crap ,support your local pizzerias, these are the mom and pop businesses that deserve our money not those corporation chain places like...

Stoped in and this is what I received...

The wings were dry and burnt, the onion rings were delicious, the broccoli Alfredo was nothing but a mess of pasta no taste.

I was the only one in the line yet they sent a order that was the same as mine out for delivery and served several other customers as I continued waiting.

The man pulled a order that had been sitting on top of the stove placed the fresh bag of hot onion rings on top and served me last.

In response to the owner's reply, if a person's order is ready and paid for you give to them not place on a stove to get cold.

If the person order more and pay for that and have to wait it is ok. No excuse. My order was paid in full should have been given to me when it is ready not put back on...

Yes, messed up. My order. Spent $61 with the tip included said delivery was 45 minutes called. After an hour only be told that we’ve been trying to call you for the last 30 minutes trying to get my address and they had the wrong phone number but according to sky tab their online ordering service I had my correct number and my address. When we received the food, the pizza tasted like cardboard the wings were overcooked and spongy. The side salad wasn’t even done correctly. There were things on it that were supposed to be on it that weren’t on it so overall experience was bad. this is just made me not want to come back to this place.
