CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Hagerstown

I went to get a vaccine at the pharmacy and all was well until the actual vaccine was administered. The pharmacist put the bandaid on first (I assumed she was just sticking it nearby so she could press it down after) and then stuck the needle through the bandaid and then into my skin/muscle. It noticeably hurt and left me with a substantial bruise. I found this not only unprofessional but unhygienic as pushing through the bandage immediately...

Was on hold for over an hour when I tried to call the pharmacy. The pharmacist refused to accept good rx that was specifically for CVS at this location. I was there for over 2 hours trying to get this resolved all while being very sick. As soon as 7:45 hit, the pharmacist said “I’m not staying late, we cannot accept good rx, you need to leave”. Very unprofessional! I am switching insurance companies so I don’t have to deal with this awful...

I filled a prescription yesterday - they misinterpreted the doctor's request and gave me three times the meds that were requested (9 packets instead of 3). The extra cost to my insurance company was huge. I've been trying to contact them to see what might be done about this, and I've been put on automated endless hold for an hour last night and then again this morning. Apparently no one answers the phone. It's pretty bad...
