We had a terrible experience here today, I hope this isn't an every day situation, we pulled up to stall #12, sat and read the menu, this was our first time here, we looked it over.. hit the red button... Waited a few minutes, nothing, we looked around there was a car that just pulled up two stalls down from us, and a car who was receiving their order two cars up from us, behind us there were 3 cars, I didn't even see people in those vehicles, and the drive thru seemed to be flowing. I hit the red button for a second time, it still had the we will be right with you at the bottom of the screen from the previous push, however it was roughly 10mins. So we decided maybe you have to go through the drive thru and get your order and food and come to the stall. So we pulled up to the drive thru. We were the third car in line, the first car pulled away from the speaker box, the next car sat maybe 2 to 3mins and pulled up... We pull up to the speaker box.. no sound or anything, so we sat, rethought our order, made a couple changes because you can see the menu MUCH better there.. the first car gets their food and drives off, I watch the next car pulls up.. this is probably 5mins now again we sat and nothing across the speaker.. we watch the next car get their food and drive off, we sat their, I said helllloo.. at the box nothing, now the cars are backing up behind and I can see frustration into their faces, so I told my wife, we will just pull up and give our order into the window, we pulled up and the gentleman at that window said, Can I help you? We said can we order? We tried at the stall and we tried at the box, we have been here almost 20mins total sitting and we haven't figured out anything, he looked in confusion and said, umm, hold on. He closed the window, walked away for roughly 30secs, came back and still confused said sure I can take your order here, so we gave him our order, and he said I'm sorry about your wait, I will ask the manager to give you something off for your time, I said that we didn't need that, and we understand we just weren't understanding the no one taking orders, we don't want nothing for free, we are just lost at this point.. and he walked away, 15mins later he comes back with our food, the car behind us pulled up in the same look of frustration we had, and the 3rd car just drove off, another car pulled up to the side of the building, he walked in disgusted, however came out to what felt like immediately but was another minute with a drink and a bagged item.. so he got an order an left and we still hadn't got our food, once he came back he gave us our milkshake for my daughter and our drinks, an closed the window, my wife went to give our daughter her milkshake, and the cup was cracked and had milkshake running out, 2 mins go by he opens the window, and hands us our food, and we asked for another cup, he said I can just make you a new one, we said no it's ok, we can just put a cup around it, (knowing our daughter, she will eat 90% and I will get the rest anyway) it was fine. And we said we would like to pay an continue on, he took our card an closed the window, brought back the new cup, and we looked in the bag, we didn't have all of our food an no sauces, so he gave us our card back and went back. By this time 2 more cars had just drove off, and another just looking of confusion at the speaker box. He came back with a bag full of sauces and he gave us our receipt, and I said thank you, and I looked at the receipt and he took off everything from our order.. So as far as customer service, they had the right idea in the end, you take care of your customers, they are your reason you are their, however, that part shouldn't have ended up happening, it should have been just asking to wait a moment at the speaker box or an actual acknowledgement, or something in advance that way we all in the line didn't feel the same way.. hopefully they remedy the situation. Read moreStopped here on way home from vacation, because we don't have one close to home and who doesn't like a sonic meal every once in awhile. When we first ordered the food they answered the red button right away. Food didn't take to long to come out. However, once we opened it my son was to get fries instead of tots. I asked for ketchup and no ketchup .. my burger and fries were cold. My moms burger was cold . The only thing that was hot was the pretzel. I pressed the red button again..nobody responded .. I stopped the young kid that was out delivering food. He said he had to go talk to his manager. He came back out and said his manager Stacey said to give the food back and they would re make it. He comes back out my sons order was still wrong I specifically said no tots he wanted fries .. my fries were hotter and burger was a little warm. My moms burger was still cold. Stopped the poor kid again asked to talked to manager and refund .. so he went back in and he came back out and said his manager Stacey said no refund but she will give him a small fry . So at this point I was like whatever. We were hungry and just spent 30 some dollars. The poor kid was hustling .. I don't know who was working inside with Stacey ? If they don't have enough staff ? This is definitely poor management. We eat out very frequently and I also call a restaurant when I have a good experience and don't like to complain, but for the amount of money you spend then you expect it to be At least decent . If they can't handle the orders or don't have enough staff then they need to close the doors. Not fair to paying customers. There were multiple cars parked that left without ordering and a few trips the kid made to deliver food that he had to take something...
Read moreI wish there was an option for zero stars and still leaving a review because 1 star is way to generous!!! I pulled up and ordered my food at 2:45pm. It was busy so I was waiting kindly for my food. Around 3:30 the worker comes to the car with the wrong order. I tell them it’s not mine and the work says a curse word throws his hands and hits the car. I waited 15 minutes later for my food. It did not arrive… it was 3:50 when I get out of my car, which had my 3 children inside and go to the worker and inform we are still waiting for our food. The worker goes inside and comes out with other orders. I waited for him to deliver his orders and remind him that our order is over an hour later. At this time the worker informs me that he is sorry but they gave my order to someone else. Would I still like my food? Which I reply yes my kids are hungry. I waited outside in the cold for additional 30 minutes while the work runs in and out with orders for other customers. At the 30 minute mark I ask about my food and they still haven’t started making the food and that they are just too busy. I said I spent $50 on food I need to feed my children and I need my food. Finally after 2 hours of waiting we get our food and it’s freakin cold!!! Worse experience ever! It was suppose to be a celebration meal for my kid who just did great at a competition and was in my car starving waiting for food. I had already spent $50 on this food and really didn’t have the funds to go else where to spend money on food.
