Rosa is nothing short of amazing. Such a loving, calm, and dedicated person who really puts her heart to the cooking. Always there to hear you and gives you her best food with a sincere opinion if you ask. I've been having her Birrias tacos almost every day for 2 weeks and I'll definitely be back. The food is absolutely delicious and made to order. From the tacos, empanadas, the tamales, and the chicken plate. So good. My friends’ mom could not stop raving about how good the tamales were.
