If I could leave Zero starts I most definitely would. I called and the price they gave for installing was $45 dollars. I got to the store ready to pay and make an appointment. The store owner failed to mention over the phone that the person they have doing installs in cars is out, mind you I went the very next day of calling because the man told me not to come that day because he was already busy. So I get to the store and he turns me away saying “our guy who does the installs is out this week and will be in next week”. The following week on Monday morning I walk in to ask him about the install again. He says “He is out sick, I don’t know what’s going on with him, I think he may have quit.” Why couldn’t you have said that LAST WEEK?! Went there on 4/10/25 with intention of getting an entire system for my truck. The guy that talked to me was rude and talked to me like a was stupid. Told me he couldn’t help me and I felt he discriminated because I’m old why would an old woman wanna be buying a stereo system? Well FYI, old people have money. So after he talked to me like crap I went to JW car audio, walked in and they were so nice, the owner and his sons took care of me and listened to what I wanted… long story short they got my $2500 and I am so happy with my system!
