This place has the worst customer service! I came to order a cake since I previously ordered from here for a previous party I had, everything went well the first time around. They first kept attending other people that kept coming in after I was already trying to place the order with them only to leave me being told bits and pieces of what I’m trying to order. They said they would call me back to confirm if they will make my cake they call the next day only to be told their machine to print edible sheets wasn’t working but will be notified if they can find a way to make my cake happen, again , only was told I will be called the next day along with pricing to be spoken about as well. Never received the call back and was trying to call to the store but no one ever picked up. I didn’t call them the second day thinking they might call later through out the day (maybe busy day for them or something) never got a call at all The third day since I have placed the order I try to call and no one is picking up so I head to the bakery store only to be told that I was told the pricing and that I had to leave a deposit half or something if not they will not make my cake( never left a deposit for previous cake order, never was told when I came to place my second order in person to leave deposit or might need to leave one. This place is very unorganized ,very bad informed with what they are suppose to be providing to the customers and the person that placed my order said they called me and told me my pricing but like I said I was never told nothing if I didn’t go to the store myself I don’t think I would be aware of anything or would have a cake ready for the date I need it. I Ordered my cake someplace else , do not waste your time here you never know if you are going to get your order or a bad service especially since they are pickey with who they want to treat good and who they don’t want...

Food was horrible the chicken was soooooo burned and dried. I wanted to try the chicken cause I was gonna put a big order for a quince I’m having. The lady said the chicken wasn’t gonna be as fresh cause it was made in the morning but never said it was gonna be like this. So I took it back got a rotisserie chicken another mistake it was still dried and had absolutely no flavor. The 2 young guys working the front look lost and dumb. They did not know what they were doing!! My order came with Chile but they never gave it to me and when I told they over the phone when I left they said the guy was new but shouldn’t someone be behind him watching him making sure he’s doing everything correct. But I will never go there to order and I definitely don’t recommend anyone else to go there. Well, when I arrived there was no one to serve us. The employees walked by and didn't say anything. At one of those times, I approached the food they were making in the display case and they had a plastic container inside the meat. It made me a little disgusted. Well, the service here is that one day they treat you well, the next day they don't. Well, what do you think? The same thing will happen with the food.
