Ice cream is very tasty but customer service is horrible! let me elaborate my brother ordered for me It was raining I stayed in car with my baby I told him what was once described to me last by a employee 1st time I went in as a mangonada but with stawberry icecream and fresh strawberry with a cream drizzle n whip onto but the lady didn't understand and gave us strawberry n cream with coconut shavings n walnuts so when he seen it he said this doesn't look like same thing she got last time hope she likes it...when he brought it out to me right away I knew it was not same as b4 so I said you know what I will try it if it taste good I will just keep it but it was gross so I went back in personally to see if they would remake I was told no that it is what we asked for n had to pay another 8$ I clearly was upset so I tell girl I guess they will lose a customer and she shrugged her shoulders and walked off like oh well! Then my brother called to talk to manager to see if they might understand better but nope equally careless and refused to make it right..I looked at all the bad reviews here since you are referring me to some Lee person? Seems like customer service is the common factor and you guys make excuses in every situation instead of correcting the problem at hand and also your responses are rude just own up & take the criticism which is to fix the attitudes of the workers so the paying customer will leave happy come back and leave...

My niece wanted a bottled water, so her mom gave her $2 to purchase one. After being charged, the server told her the water was in the fridge but there was no water available. When my niece told her, the server said she could pick something else. She chose a Gatorade, but then the server said it would be an additional 50 cents. My sister explained she didn’t have extra change and asked for a refund instead. The server then told us “no refunds” and pointed to the sign, even though the item we paid for wasn’t available.
I stepped in and explained that since they didn’t have the product, a refund made sense. Instead, I was told they could only give my niece a cup of ice because they don’t have filtered water. After insisting again, the server went to speak to the manager, who finally approved the refund.
The food and desserts were great, but the way we were treated was unfriendly, rushed, and unprofessional. Customer service matters just as much as good food, and sadly this experience left a bad impression. Because of the poor service, I can’t recommend this place and won’t...
Read moreI love the food here, and so does my boyfriend. Every time he comes to visit from South Florida, he always wants to come and get one of their drinks and the gushers. However, the customer service here is consistently poor. We are not of Hispanic origin, and I’m not sure if it’s a race issue, or maybe it’s because this place has what seems like teenagers/ young adults running the place. But every time we come here, we get the poorest customer service we’ve ever received. No one acknowledges us, says hello, they have blatantly looked at us and laughed at us, talked about us in Spanish (which I know because I speak Spanish, but you wouldn’t know because I’m of Indian descent), they have walked away from the counter when we come in after serving someone right before us and acted like we weren’t there, and their tone of voices all of the time. It’s like they’re annoyed that we’re even there. We have been nothing but kind to them, and if we didn’t love the food so much, we wouldn’t come back.
