I got all my windows tinted here on my car. The side and back windows came out great but I ran into a lot of problems with my windshield.
When installing my windshield, the tool belt that they wear, put a scratch in my dashboard. I ended up contacting them and they admitted that on the camera they saw where the tool belt had gotten under the cloth they lay on the dash and had possibly scratched it. Now I will give them credit for offering to replace the part of the dash where it scratched (it ended up being right on a spot that you could replace for $80). They told me to replace the part and come in with a receipt and the old part and they will pay for it. The part took 2 months to get in and by that point I just decided to eat the cost myself because I haven't even had a chance to install it.
Flash forward to today and I have noticed on my windshield that there was some dirt under the tint and it's now causing the tint to start to come up. So I brought it down to them and showed them and they said they would fix it if I have the receipt. The problem is that I lost the receipt and they won't fix it without the receipt. I know it was my fault for losing the receipt but I feel that I have a credit card statement with their name, and I have email exchanges regarding the video evidence of them damaging my dash that I never even had them fix, that there should definitely be an exception to this case, since I can definitely prove that it is their tint and the time I had the vehicle in their shop.

Read moreCalled on the phone and received great customer service over the phone. Prices were also cheaper then most around, When i went to my appointment the next day things were different. The girl up front could have cared less that I was there and really seemed bothered that i was there. Also was another couple with kids in the waiting area because they had to have their car tint fixed from the day before. I should have left then. After waiting for 40 mins i went outside to see my SUV still outside with no tint. I went back inside and an older lady who seemed nice asked if i needed help, I asked when my vehicle would be next as i was there on my break from work (thats why I made an appointment and even asked and confirmed on the phone the length of time and that i would be there on my break). She responded that they were working on an infinity and they take longer and mine should be done in 30 mins. After that she shut the door to the shop and i could still here the blonde girl complaining how people want everything right now . After another 45 minute the girl came out and said it would take longer to do the sun strip on top of my windshield because of the fancy electronics and rear view mirror and it would have to be hand cut......its a 2003 Ford Explorer. Read moreTo respond to your RIDICULOUS REPLY -- when I arrived to retrieve my vehicle it was CLEAR that your technicians did not expect me to actually LOOK at the back window tint -- and if you can RECALL the technician that supposedly serviced my vehicle and the women who checked me in DID NOT EVEN KNOW THAT THE WINDOWS ROLLED DOWN OR THE THE BACK OF THE VEHICLE WAS ACCESSIBLE. Furthermore, when I requested the tint be removed so that I could have it serviced correctly elsewhere that women SNATCHED IT OFF AND PRACTICALLY THREW IT AT ME. That in my opinion, classifies as being rude , unprofessional and IGNORANT. I do not care if you have been in the business 100 years - with that type of service you probably will not be very much longer - but considering where you're located..hmmm maybe not so much.
Rude, ignorant, not very knowledgeable about their own business - tinted my vehicle with wrong tint after I'd specifically stated upon checkin that I wanted it to match what had been previously installed. I believe they didn't think I'd notice the difference.
