Found this spot by accident since I don't come this way much and I'm glad I did. They just opened a month ago and I honestly didn't expect to find such an awesome pizza joint around here. First of all, as soon as you walk in you're welcomed by smiles and greetings. The place is nicely decorated and it feels very European so they did a good job with the theme. The service is excellent and quite honestly some of the best I have experienced anywhere. I was taking photos of the place and went to take one of the brick oven when the pizza Chef invited in to take a close up of the oven. Most pizza places l've been to the Chefs don't look happy when you want to take a picture. Having said that, they're very friendly and attentive from the moment you walk in till you leave. Okay let's talk pizza, shall we? They have an amazing variety of traditional and gourmet pies here, reason why I took long to place my order. I opted for the Piazza Navona which is, if you ask me, the best brunch pizza they've created here. Topped with ham, bacon and a fried egg and sitting on a thin, crispy, perfectly cooked crust that came out of a wood oven, this is one delicious pie. Some of the crust was charred and still tasted amazing while the toppings all blend together nicely. My wife is a pizza addict so I had to save her half because I knew she'd love this place when I bring her here. The Tiramisu is without exaggeration, one of the best I have ever tasted anywhere in Miami or elsewhere. Perfectly fluffy, topped with a strawberry dipped in chocolate, cream on the side and the coffee taste is not overpowering the rest, this is one delicious dessert. That's all I can talk about on this review but I'm sure there are definitely more delicious items to choose from so I have an incentive...
Read moreThis is a great place to enjoy a beautiful and delicious meal with family and friends. The food is always fresh with a very appetizing presentation. For those pizza 🍕 lovers this is the perfect thin crispy crust pizza 🍕; well say no more, the experience will melt in your mouth. To top off the experience, I Recommend the creamy cheese cake and the cortadito makes it a truly perfect satisfying meal.
The welcoming smiles and friendly staff will surely have you coming back soon.
The only downside and I say this as a constructive criticism; goes out to the following, the landlord of the actual facility, the owner, management and staff.
The restrooms facilities in any place of business, regardless of the service industry to the consumer; should always be the first place of importance.
If said areas are not clean maintained, with the basics hygiene, like good water flow and pressure, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, air dryers a garbage disposal. Then how can one feel safe in consuming and receiving the services that are being offered.
As for the men's bathroom at this facility I can say the following things are needed. Water pressure in the sink, the means for drying one's hands, paper towels or air dryers a garbage can.
Having said this, surprisingly enough the bathroom apparently was clean, but for how long is the question at hand.
I do hope and wish this new establishment all the success possible as it is hard finding good quality restaurants.
I will definitely go back and give them the opportunity to resolve this inconvenience that I'm sure involves a chain of diligence from...
Read moreUnfortunately I won't be back. The food is great, the space is good, but the service is incredibly bad. Yesterday was not my first time at the restaurant, I had been there before and had the same problems. I gave it a chance to go again because I had thought that because they were new they were adjusting the service, but no, they were even worse. First time I went I chose 3 pizzas and all of them were missing some ingredient, so I opted for another dish, I had sat outside and the service was slow and it bothered me. Yesterday I went again and there were 3 people I chose to sit inside, thinking I would have better service. We ordered two dishes and a pizza all at the same time, oddly enough we were waiting for more than 1 hour, they brought both dishes and the pizza simply never came. Other people arrived much later than us and were already eating pizzas and my husband's pizza wasn't enough. After my mother and I finished eating both dishes, I asked the waiter and a woman about my husband's pizza and they said the oven was busy. Until we gave up and asked for the bill, and as a “good” service they have, the waiter notified the manager of the problem, and he didn’t bother to come and talk to us, he just asked the waiter to say that the pizza was getting ready and that there would be no charge, and of course we didn't have to wait another hour for that to happen. Terrible, I left with my husband without dinner and very angry for having given this restaurant...
