I can’t say enough good things about Casa Crudo! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the incredibly warm and welcoming chefs, Jake and Ja. They went out of their way to make me feel right at home, patiently explaining each handroll on the menu and sharing their passion for fresh, top-tier ingredients.

And let me tell you—the handrolls are absolutely amazing. Every single bite was bursting with flavor, and you can truly taste the care and quality of the ingredients. I’ve been to a lot of handroll places, and Casa Crudo stands out.

What a unique and fun time we had at Casa Crudo! This will be your go-to hand roll bar. They also serve crudos, rice bowls and omakase. Best way to describe the food is traditional Japanese dishes reinvented with Mediterranean and Korean flavors. Everything is so fresh and flavorful. We started with a very tasty and refreshing Sake. That might be the best Miso soup I’ve ever had as well! Each hand roll is nicely balanced and paired perfectly with its protein. Don’t sleep on their dessert, which has a rich guava taste!
