Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hallandale Beach

Never ever go there..

Multiple reasons.

Access to bathroom was restricted. I had to wait long time to talk to a person to get access. There was only one girl, she was busy handling drive through and didn't had chance to even consider me.

The fountain was turned off, I was given my drinks cup and not attended. Again I have to wait long time for the girl to come to the desk and turn the fountain ON. I have never seen any store that turns off the fountain. I went back to add more ice, the fountain was again turned off. I didnt want to wait longer to ask the girl to turn it ON.

Crispy chicken avacado taco was missing in my order. There were only 2 taco, 1 burrito and 1 chalupa in my order. They missed one and when I reported to the girl, she didnt believe me and came to my table to verify and said ok we will get you. No Apologies for missing my order. once ready she didnt had the courtesy to deliver it to table and left it at the desk and called my name.

There were no napkins at the counter. not in my bag too. I have to go and ask (again wait for her to reply t0 get me that).

I am never ever going again to this store and nor recommend. Lost my faith on Taco...

This is the worst restaurant ever….beware specially if you are vegan or vegetarian, you can’t trust these scums….I ordered white hot ranch fries burrito which is in their veggie craving menu….being vegetarian by birth because of my faith, I don’t eat meat…..this disgusting place delivered this taco instead of veggie taco that I ordered…avoid this place like plague….the window idiot who took my order first forgot to add the item in drive thru….we had to park and visit the restaurant to get the missing item….when i was consuming that taco which was suppose to have black beans half taco just had sauce and nothing else and later half I found meat….never in life ordering food from Taco Bell if they had lazy set of idiots serving me meat in name of vegetarian menu….wanted to rate in negative but google don’t give you option how worst a place can be…..shut down this garbage before scamming another person …..cheats & thugs place….do not eat at this place if you want mental peace, you will never know what they will add in your food….absolute mental harassment if they hurt religious belief and sentiments...

I had a very disappointing experience at this location while picking up a delivery order. Upon arrival, there was no staff at the front counter to assist me. After waiting several minutes with no acknowledgment, I was forced to call out to the back, where employees were clearly visible. Instead of offering professional assistance, they responded in a rude and dismissive manner.

Despite making it clear I was there for a delivery pickup, I was met with hostility and unprofessional conduct. One employee in particular, a woman working the food preparation line, was especially rude and refused to provide her name when I asked. The order, which should have been ready or nearly so, took over 20 minutes to be handed over — all while the staff seemed to take their time with no sense of urgency.

As someone who works in the delivery industry, I rely on efficient and respectful service. Unfortunately, this visit fell far below acceptable standards. I hope management addresses the customer service issues at this location and ensures staff are properly trained in professionalism and...
