Cold Burger & Fries!!Terrible Customer Service!! Slow!!

I am a long time burger king consumer since ive been like, 11 (im 32). I've never been served cold burgers/fries before except at this store

What happened: I get there and stand in front of the register to make my order. A male employee is there, in front of me, he sees me, doesnt acknowledge me (like say "hi", or "how may i help you") - he instead turns around and screams "You have a customer!" to an employee i cant see. 3 minutes pass and im standing there like an idiot and no one comes. The employee who screamed is literally joking around with other employees while I'm waiting. Instead of helping me he just screams again for this mistery employee to come help me

I am told the female employee was in the restroom. Before she came I had to wait for like 5 minutes for her to show up (alot when you consider NOBODY WAS THERE WHEN I WALKED IN, and the employees in FRONT OF ME wouldn't help me (they were NOT busy)

Ok, so i order, and get my meal. I sit down and taste the fries, and they're cold. I see the same female employee who took my order walking towards the bathroom (AGAIN) and I inform her my fries are cold, she says "ok give me a second to change them" and walks into the bathroom. This is like, 3 minutes after I ordered, and shes going to the bathroom again?? (hmmm)

I wait for her 4 more minutes, and realize she doesn't care about my cold fries. I decide to walk to the counter to ask for my fries to another employee, ANYBODY (im hungry). I ask them for hot fries, and I can already hear a second female employee in the back claiming they were "not cold". She acquiesces though and serves the fries. She places them on the front side so another employee can pass it on to me

I'm literally 2 feet away from the employee who is supposed to hand me the fries. No customers around, it's just me. He ignores my fries, starts serving A SECOND ORDER in front of me instead. For some reason he is taking FOREVER! He is serving them VERY SLOWLY. At this point i'm not sure WHAT is going on, or why they're acting so terribly bad. I start to suspect its on purpose. Why?? Who Knows? Maybe hes offended my fries were cold and i dared ask kindly for hot ones - nothing else makes sense! Why would he be offended by that? NO CLUE

Either it's that or - i hate to say it - DRUGS! (But i admit the drugs argument is Speculative on my behalf, i have no proof other than extreme disregard for the customers, bad attitude, how slow they are and the wierd bathroom trips while leaving the cash register alone)

Anyways, the second female employee - the one who served me the fries - can tell this is really messed up and tells the male employee constantly to give me my fries. He ignores her. After literally like the FOURTH TIME she tells him this, he answers back that he's serving them for ANOTHER EMPLOYEE! He gives the fries he just served to the BK employee (who is standing there doing nothing and im sure couldve done it himself). Then he FINALLY, after taking an unnecesary long amount of time, takes my fries and hands them to me

Im about to snap but decide to chill because its just a meal, a burger & fries and i want to just enjoy the treat

So i go to my table to begin my meal and try to forget about it.I finally open my burger...but my burger is COLD TOO!!!

NEVER COME HERE!!!!!!

I have never been to a BK and had issues like this. Much less a BUNCH of complaints.

Go to any other BK store!!! This store is a disgrace and really sullies the Burger King brand, which is a good, strong brand imo. All the stores I've been to before always serve their burgers & fries hot

I feel bad for customers that come here bcuz - as someone who has always liked Burger King, it just completely misrepresents what they stand for

Just go to another store for your own sake

NOTE: i suspect the cashier is doing drugs in the restroom. Why else spend so much time there??

I believe the woman I’m about to discuss is the manager because she wore a different shirt from other workers and other workers asked her for instructions . They called her “Tati” and she wore no name badge. My son who loves BK and I drove through rush hour traffic passing many other fast- food restaurants just to participate in the 37 cent Whopper deal .However, we were met with rudeness, intimidation, disrespect and a unprofessional manager. She first stated that the deal was 1 per customer , 1 per car. But I stated that me and my son were in car. She then requested to see both phones with codes. I left my screen on code screen while ordering but my son however who was playing games on his phone exited screen but not before I seen that the code was the same as mines. However, the manager kept insisting that I show her the code on my son’s phone but I told her it wouldn’t show anymore. She went for maybe 1 minute or 2 of asking to see both phones and I tried many times trying to get code on my son’s phone but it did not work. She then stated “ she could be green” but she won’t because my son is in back seat and .Maybe because I’m a African American she thought she could talk to me in that manner . “Being Green” is slang word for “being unfair” . She also just walked away abruptly and told another young lady to ring me up. I don’t believe that she was professional and embarrassed me in-front of my 9 year old son. I also don’t believe she should represent Burger King . I’m going to reach out to regional heads to have this manager reprimanded for her behavior in...

This location is absolutely horrible. When you see the low ratings on Google and Door Dash the customers are not lying. They sent out cold and stale food on top of it being made incorrectly. I took pictures of the food and sent them to door dash and they refunded my money after be reviewing the pictures.

They do not follow directions, I was literally served slop on a bun and I am not exaggerating, the lettuce looked like thick mush mixed with a strange liquids that created a strange sludge, the sandwich didn't look anything like at Burger King Whopper.

Then they sent the wrong drink in the wrong size. I ordered a medium cherry Fanta freeze, I received a sample size Frozen cola.

The loaded tater tots are trash, don't get them if you value your taste buds. They do not taste like tater tots nor cheese, but they tastes like water mixed with flour that's been fried and undercooked so there is mush in the center.

The french fries was cold and stale. Mainly because the food was prepared way in advance of the Dasher getting to the restaurant. So when I requested that the dasher and make sure they give me sauce and a straw he couldn't because they had already prepared the food and had it sitting there waiting for minutes upon minutes before he got there, this practice of preparing the food before the dash arrives causes the food to be stale before the customer actually receives the food. Because the food is just sitting there getting cold it's not kept...
