Beware when you shop here! Make sure all the merchandise has tags on when making the purchase. Twelve days ago, I bought my daughter a top and a skirt at the Sawgrass store. Eva checked us out and put the clothes in the bag; the clothes were never taken out of it, and we decided to return them because we found the same items for a better price at another store.

First, my daughter went on July 10th to make the return, and they told her she had to come back the next day because Eva wasn’t there. We returned on July 11th, and at first the employee told us that only Eva, the manager, could process the return and that we had to come back the next day. I told her we wouldn’t be around the next day, so the return needed to be processed that day and that she should call Eva.

Eventually, she started checking the items and noticed that the top didn’t have the tag. I told her that the clothes were returned just as Eva had put them in the bag, and they hadn’t even been taken out. To properly honor a customer’s return, the employee making the sale should verify that all items have their tags!
