BEWARE! If I could give zero stars I would. While it was bad enough that we drove up and found cockroaches in the area, this business is deceptive with their prices, posting one set of prices online, and charging $2-3 more on their whole menu in person. In light of covid, online menus have been more prevalent so keeping your prices consistent online and in person is crucial! That was the first frustration. We ordered and paid for a quesadilla as part of our order which we realized was not included once we got home. I wanted to make sure that we were charged the right amount for what we had but we weren’t so I called about the mistake and the discrepancy with their online menu (completely calm, just wanting our food that we paid for) and the manager was shockingly rude and denied that they had different prices online and claimed that I got the menu from somewhere else not them.. uhh it was their website..? Out of frustration she finally said okay we’ll make you a free quesadilla (which I become relieved by because this is the minimum level of service a business should have!!) and as we head back to pick up the rest of our order she then informs us that “talked to her boss” (even though the employee said that she was the boss so I’m pretty sure she lied..) and she went back on her word!! She told us her “boss” said it’s our fault for not looking at a different menu and that they would be losing money by giving us the food THAT WE ORDERED. I cannot believe that anyone would run their business like this and I’m an understanding person that tries to find something redeeming about everything. I lost my appetite because of this ridiculous service. DO...
Read moreLet me start by saying that I never leave reviews unless the place is extremely good or in this case extremely bad. I’m going to review this place based in a few things: -Food, was ok. Not the best tacos I’ve had, they are also in the pricey side for what it is. 2 street tacos for $12.00, really?. The meat in the tacos was barely there, the “guacamole” had no taste whatsoever, they were really plain tacos, not really flavorful. They give you a really really small container when you ask for hot sauce which is not even spicy, there’s no taste to their salsa. I make better salsa at home! I also got a mango paleta and it was $6.50!!! This is ridiculous!. I went to the Aventura mall and their paletas are even cheaper there, and at the mall they pay a lot more in rent than this taco truck! -Attitude, they do not know a thing about customer service. They barely greet you! -Place, the location is nice for an Instagram picture but that’s about it, no taste in the food, not even good customer service, this place is just OK. All those 5 stars reviews are fake or probably made by friends of the owner of this place, or people here in Miami don’t even know how good street tacos are supposed to taste like, “real street tacos” and they settle for this, whatever these tacos are. This place is a scam for street tacos! Don’t go there please, you’ll be disappointed if you’ve had good street...

This WAS my favorite spot for tacos until they stopped making the very thing that initially brought me here-- Blue corn tortillas that they use for costras and tacos. Now... well now I can just eat tacos closer to home since they dont stand apart anymore for me. I paid their expensive price ONLY BECAUSE OF THE BLUE CORN TORTILLAS! And they are gone. They said something along the lines of that they couldn't get them made or they were too hard to manage. So? Customers want the blue corn tortillas. Make it happen please!
Operating hours are DISMAL. Only nights only certain days, gets old trying to guess when I can go eat there.
Service is...well, it's a food truck. You collect it yourself and occasionally they will bring you the food to the table, but it's basically self service. They'll still ask you for a tip at the price point even though they aren't really attending you other than the food transaction.
The employees are VERY polite!
Recommend that you try the Jamaica and Horchata drinks. Recommend you try the Costras (even without blue corn tortillas) and Cochinita...
