We have gone to this practice on Tuesday directly from our pediatrician office where we were given referrals for TMJ I thought if we wait maybe we could get in as it is in the next building where the pediatrician is. We explained what we need and if they have a doctor in the practice specializing what we need we would like to see and they said the doctor is not in today but we can give you an appointment for tomorrow which we accepted and came back the next day . At check in I have asked which doctor we are seeing and if he specializes in TMJ and the receptionist did not know what I talked about her coworker helped her to understand what it was but then they said we do not have anyone in the practice who specializes on that but we can examine you to see what you have . We told them we clearly came and explained yesterday this is what we are here for and the receptionist said that doctor is not here today but we can book you for tomorrow and they said you must have miss understood we are ENT specialist and we don’t do what you asked for. Meanwhile both me and my son are adult we clearly explained it twice the day before when we were booking the appointment.. I asked her why shall I see the doctor to examine when clearly my pediatrician have just checked and said the ear is okay and your doctor is not specializing in TMJ she said if you don’t want it you can go somewhere else. I did not want to continue the conversation and left the practice . I would not go back even if I have to...

They were all kind except for the lady at the front desk. She looked like she doesn’t want to work or even talk to anyone, besides that everyone else was very kind and attentive.

I felt like the doctor (Goldberg) didn’t really take his time and check exactly what issue I had going on with my Tonsils. Seemed like a very professional man but it just felt too quick for something that has been bothering me over 6 months now. In less than 5 minutes I was out of the building. I spent more time waiting than the appointment took.

My throat is very irritated, bumps all over my tongue and all I was told is that it’s normal. Like how is it normal when I’ve never had this before. I don’t know I’m no specialist but it just didn’t sit right with me.

I’ll be going to another specialist and see what they tell me. Depending on that I might consider changing my rating. I just felt like there wasn’t much importance into my check up,...

Had an appointment for 11:45am. I arrived at 11:35am. I waited for 20 minutes and then asked how much longer it would take. I said I would be okay with any other doctor, nurse or PA since I had a quick, easy procedure. They said I would be brought back next in a few minutes. 15 minutes later at 12:20pm they bring me back to wait again on a bench in the hallway. No one said anything to me. I had to ask someone how long it would be to be seen again. They said they were not sure and it could be another 20 minutes. I had to go up to the front desk to ask again and see if there could be another doctor to see me. The manager over heard me and went to get a PA to quickly take care of me 45 minutes after my appointment time. Very frustrating experience since when I called and made my appointment I asked how long it would take since I had to go to work after and they said it would not...
