This isn't a review of the food at Capas—because it is, without a doubt, some of the best in town—but rather a message to the owner about an unfortunate experience. On December 24th, 2024, around 6 PM, my family and I, along with two other families we referred, came in to enjoy our favorite burger. However, upon arrival, we were greeted by two young boys, who, unfortunately, made it clear right away that they didn’t want to serve anyone that night. As more people started arriving, we overheard one of them mutter, “Here we go, more people showing up.” Despite this unwelcoming attitude, we proceeded with our usual order. We also wanted to add chicken fingers, but were told they were already sold out—an odd claim, given that the evening had just started. That was fine, though, and we went ahead with our meal. Later, we decided to add a few more items to our order, such as French fries and another kids burger. We were met with an extremely rude and dismissive response: we were told it would take 25-30 more minutes because they were too busy. At that point, we were the only ones in the restaurant—so we’re not sure why they were so overwhelmed, maybe Uber orders? But no uber drivers picking up in sight. Despite the frustration, we accepted the delay, as our kids were growing impatient. We then tried to inquire about the situation, but were met with more rudeness. When we asked why it was such a big deal to add to the order, we were bluntly told, "You ordered enough." A man sitting nearby, wearing a kippah, also began expressing frustration with the service, and was met with the dismissive reply, “Merry Christmas.” Clearly insulted, he took his family and left without eating. All in all, these two young employees (punks) ruined our experience at Capas. Despite it being our favorite burger spot in Miami, I’m not sure we’ll be returning, nor will we be recommending it to others in the future. It’s truly unfortunate that such a great place would be spoiled by individuals who seem to have no respect for customers, especially their elders, and appeared to have no interest in providing good service. We left feeling deeply...
Read moreThe food here is amazing. Everything is made fresh including the dressings and bread. They have a cute patio area to enjoy your food.
The brisket has a kick to it. They roast the meat for 48 hours and it is perfection. I will be dreaming of this sandwich!
The chicken quinoa salad was super fresh and tasty. I liked the light lemony dressing to top it with.
The chicken schnitzel is spot on! Thin breading and fried to a perfect crisp.
There were a lot of takeout orders while I dined in.
The staff is super nice. They brought their chef from Israel especially for his great recipes.
They do catering also. Don't forget to have a healthy fresh...
Read moreI drove 45 minutes to capas, they usually run a Buy One Get 1 free burger on tuesdays so we make sure to make it a family event every week. This week tho they unexpectedly took it away for no reason even tho they still do it on Uber eats, this place is very good, but it’s sad they took the BOGO away from us! There’s no reason they should have stopped it, the place was PACKED! This is very tragic of a business maneuver! Please give me a response, why this was stopped.
I APPRECIATE THE RESPONSE HOPEFULLY ONE DAY YOU REOPEN THE BOGO BECAUSE THATS WHAT WE LOOKED FORWARD TO EVERY WEEK! THANKS FOR BEING AN AMAZING OWNER! I WENT AHEAD AND CHANGED MY...
